Had a wonderful experience with my property manager, Jesse. He is kind, attentive, caring and very responsible. Whenever I had any issue, Jesse was more than happy to help out and always showed empathy and understanding. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I had an amazing experience staying at Structure Properties during my MBA at Hult. This place is especially perfect for students at Hult, offering a clean and well-maintained environment. The cleanliness is thoroughly upheld, making it a comfortable place to live.
The common spaces are fantastic and very user-friendly. I spent countless enjoyable hours in the lounge area with friends, and it's a great place to socialize and make new friends.
A special mention to Jesse, the host, who is truly wonderful and helpful. He is very understanding and approachable. No matter what problem you have, just go and talk to him—he will help you in the best possible way. Jesse is always reachable and takes care of the building very actively. He's available whenever you need him and has become a great friend. Whenever I visit San Francisco, I'll definitely catch up with him.
Overall, I highly recommend Structure Properties to anyone, especially students at Hult. It's a great place to live, with excellent facilities and a fantastic host.

I have enjoyed my experience staying at Structure properties. A big shoutout to my property manager, Jesse for always being super helpful and accommodating throughout the moving process. He has always been very easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and understanding. He made the whole moving process go smoothly and ensured I had everything I needed.
The building is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I have zero complaints so far, and if I ever need anything taken care of I know that I can rely on Jesse to address it promptly. He's good at regularly checking in to ensure everything in the room is functioning properly. Jesse is not only professional, but also personable. A friendly face and genuinely a caring person!
Thanks, Jesse, for your exceptional service! You're hands-down the best property manager I've ever had!!

965, 967 and 969 Delores street building is bad, they single people out and let others move wherever they want without a price change or anything but the guy who is being singled out doesn't get that kind of deal and it's really messed up, I hope they shutdown the building, how come people in this building can move anywhere in without talking to the property management into empty rooms then later they will be ok with that? Dirty company with Dirty people.

Really awful company. A mentally unstable woman in our building assaulted me and several other tenants. The police have been here multiple times because of her illegal behavior. Structure Properties has DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to evict her. They do not care about tenants' safety AT ALL! Structure has illegally tried to coerce me into signing up for autopay on my rent. They would intentionally not deposit my rent checks and start sending me notices for delinquent rent/ non payment penalties. Now I have to pay with money orders to avoid their illegal shenanigans. They will ignore numerous requests for basic repairs and maintenance that need to be done. All SP cares about is you PAYING THE RENT. Avoid SP at all costs
Update June 2024:
Structure Properties is now doing a fake reviews campaign to inflate their Google rating. It's very simple, when you see lots of 5 Star reviews from people who've only done 1 to 3 reviews total, that's a fake review.
Also now in my building there are numerous tenants who have drug/alcohol issues who feel it's okay to play loud music late at night when other tenants are trying to sleep. The on-site manager who lives here does absolutely nothing to keep these trouble makers in check. He is USELESS DEFINED! Do not trust Structure Properties in any way, shape or form. They will try to scam you, deceive you or rip you off any way possible. The company is one hundred percent deplorable on every level. You have been warned!

I lived at the Columbus Residence last summer during an internship and have absolutely no complaints. Jesse was a phenomenal host and genuinely cares about his residents. I had never been to SF before living there, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was settled well and had everything I needed. You also can't beat the price for the security and accommodations offered. If you don't mind sharing certain things with other or plan on a short term stay in SF, this is the place for you.

I recently stayed at a fantastic apartment in San Francisco managed by Casey. The location was ideal, and the place was beautifully furnished and impeccably clean. Casey was incredibly helpful throughout my stay.
