Jillian and Vanessa went above and beyond to make sure I was sure about the fit of my boots (even bringing their own tape measures to compare in store boot widths with ones only available online as well as them trying on their own pair!). Most helpful sales associates I've ever encountered and so sweet!!

If I could I would give this store 10 stars ! The set up and selection of products was elite, the sales associates were extremely helpful, fast and efficient. The way they catered to me to find all the products my little heart desired was amazing ! I had to return my denim boots because my calf was too big and they accommodated me completely! They even gave me back my 20% off! I left with some gorgeous denim heels I wanted and two handbags! My cashier Jilliane Taylor the sales supervisor was so outgoing and knew exactly what I wanted and was able to provide me superior customer service! Thanks to the staff here I can't wait to return and shop some more!

can't make this up....raj is INCREDIBLE! not only did he give us the best customer service in the 15 minutes we were there, but he went above and beyond! we had somebody following us through the mall that came from the same store and when we went back to report it, raj did EVERYTHING he could to make sure we were safe and comfortable until security came. incredible guy, i just wish i got the name of the girl he was training so i could give her credit too. thank you so much guys!!

Went here on a mission to get specific boots. Did not disappoint, service was ok, no great deals stood out. They did offer me a shoe horn though.

i had a question about some boots & i called the store, the employee that helped me was extremely kind and helpful!! she was able to help me determine what size i should purchase, explained the return policy to me & what back ordered items meant!! will definitely shop in person again :)!! such nice staff <3

Raj was so awesome. His professionalism, knowledge & overall personality was simply amazing!!! I was impressed how helpful & kind he was on a very busy day without 3 calls out. He still managed to help every customer in the store and we walked away satisfied.
