This place is amazing! Aaron was extremely helpful and gave a very well-priced quote. He thoroughly assessed the damage and explained to me in details the different parts that went into the estimate. I was able to bring the car in the next day, and they even finished my repairs early. I am not a car expert, and Aaron was very kind in answering all of my questions - I really appreciated his clear communication. 10/10!!!

QUALITY WORK, SUPERIOR SERVICE. For those infrequent but stressful occasions that you need an auto body shop, this place will take care of you. This is a multi generation family affair that has been around for more than half a century. They know their work, and it shows. The level of service here is unbelievable. When Toyota sent them the wrong, OEM part, they provided a loaner car. Their bids are hard to beat. They keep you informed. And the work was on time and flawless. Working with these guuys is like a Time Machine into the past, where businesses had A name that said what they did, and who ran the place, the owners and employees really cared about their reputation within the community, and they had a pride and passion about their work.

I had gotten into an accident and Aaron said they could check it out for me right away. He gave me a very reasonably-priced quote and walked me through the process with my insurance agent. I have full confidence in this body shop’s abilities, they were able to make my car look like brand new. I really appreciated them cleaning up the interior without being asked! 10/10 experience, I would recommend them to anyone.

I ended up partially tearing off the bumper of my brand new car. I know almost nothing about cars and a friend recommended Stan Carlsen. I met with Aaron who was able to pop it back into place and secure it. He was straightforward with me about whether it was necessary to replace at this point. And he didn’t charge me which I thought was incredibly generous. I would absolutely go back to this place for future work on my car.

Their customer service and craftsmanship to their work is top notch in the city! I received a quote after swinging my car in and they told me it would be a few days for the parts to arrive. once they arrived i received a call to schedule the repairs. i dropped the car off and it was completed in a day. The price was exactly what was quoted to me and the end results were fantastic! Don't waste your time with other body shops. Give these guys a call and they will treat you and your car right!

The passenger door handle on my 12 year old KIA fell off - so random! I posted on Yelp to get quotes from different body shops to see how much this would cost. Aaron responded quickly, and I set up a time to swing by. He assessed the issue, gave me a quote for the part (lowest quote from 5 different body shops), and told me he'd message me when it arrived. When it arrived, the price was even lower than the original quote, and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Fast, efficient, incredibly friendly, and at a price that was beyond fair - so incredible that I bought the team donuts as a sign of my gratitude. THANK YOU, AARON! You made a my day/week/year! :) When my teenager (inevitably) dings our car, I know who I'll be calling first.

Had a communication issue about ordering a part for my car, but they resolved it well. When I took my car in, they finished the work quickly and at a very fair price.
