We have had a LG 55" tv for 2 years and two Sunday's ago the screen went blank still had sound but no picture, contact Allstate-Protection same day and had a new tv delivered in four days to our doorstep, so glad we had extended warrenty dealing with this company was awesome! Definitely recommend!!

Horrible! Our LG refrigerator had an error code, called up Square Trade, they requested that we troubleshoot the problem ourselves. Square trade did not send a tech to investigate they initially requested us to unplug refrigerator, error code went away and came back later. So we called them back, we then were requested to unplug for 24 hrs. Error Code came back. We’re now into our third day with no freezer or fridge. Square Trade then said it’s not their issue, the problem is a “sealed system” issue and directed us to LG. A tech came out the following Wednesday (10 days later) the earliest they could get here, and within 5 minutes identified the problem; a condenser fan motor had power to it but was not working. They will order the fan ( approximately two week wait for delivery) and will immediately install.By Square Trade not sending a tech initially we had at least a one week delay in getting our refrigerator repaired. How long can you live out of ice chest?The Square Trade people we dealt with were good enough (though each one had to get all of our personal info instead of using their own work order number) and we dealt with 5or6 over the first week. Horrible service!,

Fast, efficient and effective. I had a piece of electronic equipment that was malfunctioning. Allstate quickly got a claim check out to me and covered the difference in price in the new model. A+++ experience!!

I made a claim and forgot to call the representative. But luckily they saw I didn't call yet and called me to finish the claim. Easy process and great customer service.

I received a very good protection plan through an eBay seller when I had a problem with my iPhone near its 60 day warranty was up I was able to get my phone back running as should pretty quick I admit that all these years I never used square trade through eBay and I regret that I never actually used it but now I see its importance especially with expensive items the tech was knowledgeable how to remedy a solution right away eBay/Square trade Thank you :)
