You can trust Drew Kimball. I have been so impressed with Drew, the company, the POS solutions. You can't go wrong with this merchant card processing in Salt Lake City, the surrounding areas for e commerce, trade shows and restaurants.

Is spot on the same thing as Cash App if so this review is forecast app not Spotify dollars from my son from Christmas he went to go buy my Xbox and they let somebody else STEAL his money out of my Cash App account and it's been over a year since we've haven't been able to get our money or product from this matter and they refuse to give me back my money wouldn't better yet give my son a Christmas but They want to continue harassing me about the little $15 that they overdraw on my account I would not put any money or faith into cash app whatsoever!!!

Learning a new platform can be hard, but Ivan M. is a great trainer. After the training, I forgot some instructions and reached out to Ivan M. He responded quickly and helped me solve my problems via email and phone. It just feels like he's always there for our business.

This is the worst POS I've ever used, it's unimaginable that it's been created and staffed by former industry employees as stated. So many functions are overly arduous and time consuming, and the interface is terrible. The menus are poorly constructed, missing so many standard POS functions abs mods, and it's easy to make mistakes the buttons are so small. And the handhelds are essentially useless AND a completely different menu and commands than the terminals. I can't advise strongly enough to use any other solution.

We had SpotOn credit card processing in one of our stores. We sold the store and when I tried to cancel SpotOn - they would not let go of their $50 withdrawal from my bank account every month. The fact that I had no transactions - irrelevant. The fact that I could prove I owned the store - irrelevant. The fact that the store was sold - irrelevant. After making numerous phone calls, I was told that the former store manager, who had left to take another job years before, was the only person that could cancel the account. The fact that this person had not worked for us for years - irrelevant. I was able to track down this former employee and he very nicely agreed to cancel SpotOn. When he called and identified himself he was told he would have to wait for a "cancellation specialist" to call him back. He did receive a call back the next day and the account was finally closed. SpotOn did put through one more $50 withdrawal the day of cancellation. So the end of my story is that an ex-employee was the only person that had the ability to cancel my credit card processing account. If this is the type of business you want to work with - good luck to you.

Spot on is a horrible company!! Their sales representative misrepresented their product to say it was suitable for a retail environment. However, the system is incapable of processing a returned item unless every single item purchased is returned. The sales representative said he would make things right and arrange for a full refund. This has not happened, calls to Spot On have gone no where and our initially very attentive sales representative has now fallen off the face of the earth. Steer clear of Spot on if you are in the retail business

The Success Team that comes with SpotOn was an amazing help. Jessica DiStefao assisted me with cleaning up some of the hiccoughs in the BOH system that were frustrating to myself and my team. With her assistance the system was immediately more user friendly for the staff.
