My experience at Spectrum Auto Body in Burlingame was very seamless. My car was hit by a drunk driver & dealing with the collision/insurance process is a pain in itself. Spectrum made this process feel easy. I cannot thank them enough for expediting the process & their strong communication with updates on the on my car. I highly recommend Spectrum Auto Body in Burlingame, their team is AMAZING.

I had to bring my car to Spectrum Auto Body on two separate occasions. I was very happy with the services and quality of work. Alice, the general manager, was very honest, helpful and courteous when she explained the process to me. She updated me about the process regularly so I knew exactly when I can expect the work will be done. When I picked up my car, the bodywork was superb - I got many compliments about how seamless the work was. I would recommend my friends and family to Spectrum Auto body!

Amazing service! I went yesterday afternoon and this is an outstanding shop, top to bottom. I had scratches and dents across a door and bumper, and they got rid of it within 5 minutes. For anyone in need of excellent service, look no further than Spectrum

My husband and I have used Spectrum Auto Body in Burlingame, CA several times for auto body work and the team is so easy to work with. They work directly with your insurance carrier to ensure all repairs are covered and complete the work on a timely manner, as promised. I would highly recommend their services.

I had exceptional service from Spectrum Auto Body in Burlingame as well as their auto repair location called The Garage in SF. I live out of town and had only half a day in SF to try and get my daughter's damaged vehicle to an auto shop for assessment as she could not miss work. My daughter had liability insurance only so we were paying out of pocket and didn't know if the car was salvageable. We were just looking for someone to assess the damage and if possible, just make it safe to drive. Other auto shops once they saw the car photos, just said the car was totaled and didn't want to look at it. Alice at Spectrum was immediately friendly, helpful, and seemed to understand our needs and limitations. When I told her I didn't realize the Auto Body side of their business was outside the city and that AAA only towed 5 miles, she arranged for me to tow the car to their repair shop in SF and then transported the car to their auto body shop for me. The men at The Garage were also so friendly and helpful. Alice got to work on an estimate right away which was within our budget, sending me photos of their progress in assessing the damage. She began ordering parts as soon as I gave the okay and kept me posted as to the progress. She was always responsive to my texts and calls. I told Alice that as long as the car worked and was safe, it could look like a "Frankencar" for now, but it really looked so much better than we envisioned and my daughter was so happy. I highly recommend both Spectrum Auto Body and The Garage. I felt heard and taken care of in a stressful situation. Their work and service was first rate.

When someone vandalized my car - they shattered my rear passenger window and stole everything down to the floor mats- I was so upset and anxious about getting the repairs done. Thankfully, Alice at Spectrum Auto was able to get me in the same day, just a couple hours after I discovered the damage, and made the everything so smooth and easy. She and Kelly took special care to document all the damage, handled everything with the insurance claim and gave me regular updates throughout the repair process. They even ordered new floor mats that were there when I picked up the car, which had also been beautifully detailed in addition to being repaired. I am so thankful for the kind and professional service and will definitely use them again if I have any future issues with my car.

I cannot say enough about the team at Spectrum Auto Body!! The quality of both their service, and craftsmanship are second to none. Alice and Kelly both greet you with a smile, were super attentive to all my questions and concerns, detailed, and their service/coordination was beyond my expectations...And YES I'm taking about an Auto Body shop!!! Like everyone else, I thought the process of looking around and researching was going to be pain-staking, but luckily I was referred to by a friend and boy was I glad! A quick search on Yelp and reviews boosted my confidence to call and once I did it was all amazing from that point on. I took in my 2020 Mercedes GLE350 twice in an extremely short period (don't ask still trying to recover) and the body work, paint, and timeline are more than I could've asked for. Hell I didn't even hesitate to call them back after the second incident. In the past I always said that factory paint is quality and repairing it won't ever be the same and boy was I wrong. Their work ACTUALLY looked better than factory, no BS!! I really can't say enough about the quality of work and ease of coordination for this shop, the team running it, and the skill of their workers. If you love cars like I do (and boy am I critical), do not hesitate to contact Spectrum. I promise you will not have any regrets regarding their service or work.

Thank you to Alice, Kelly and the whole team at Spectrum. Damaged the driver side of my wife's GR86. They did a great job getting it back to brand new condition. Love their communication from beginning to end. We passed by one day just to see the progress, and the tech was very nice and let us take a look. Highly recommend for anyone's auto body needs.

I brought my car into spectrum because there was body work that needed to be done for my front bumper. The service I got was excellent and communication was on point. Definitely would go back again and highly recommend this place to anyone that appreciates quality work

Great experience, not only does my car look great, they took care of everything with insurance and car rental. My car looks great and was cleaned before I picked it up, an nice bonus! Kudos to Kelly and the others at Spectrum, made the incovenience of having to get my car fixed after being hit much better.

Had a 2 weeks old Tesla y got into a hit and run. Damage to the rear side panel and bumper. Spectrum did an amazing job with the body work and paint. The color matching is right on the spot, looks exactly like a new car now. Alice at the counter did a great job too, keep me up to date and progress and handle all the insurance work

Alice, Kelly, and the Spectrum Auto Body team are the best! They are professional and knowledgeable. I was kept informed and updated the entire time my car was there. Furthermore, they directly reached out to my insurance so that I did not have to go back and forth. Both Alice and Kelly were responsive and patient in answering any and all of my questions. They truly go above and beyond!
