This store has a lot of cool stuff, but most is overpriced. All sales are final for which they have signs. But they don't have signs telling you that they charge you an extra 3% if you use a card. First, she gave me one price then she said she forgot to charge me tax. It didn't add up right, so I asked her how much was tax. Then the man chimed in and said it was 6.5%. I asked, you charge extra if you use a card and he said yes, 3%. I checked my receipt when I got home and it still didn't add up right. They charged me all that + an extra 7%. Check your receipt. Their receipts aren't itemized either.It's just a total and you can't figure out what's going on. Most people probably don't even ask for a receipt. I do. Tourist scams!

Do not shop here! I purchased a toddler dress and shoes, my daughter wore it for 30 minutes and the shoes cracked and zipper broke on the dress. I went back for a refund because the quality was so poor, all I got was yelled at bc she was having to throw out the dress. I only got a new dress which I expect to break again and nothing for the shoes. Money down the drain!

Great customer service! Sophia was friendly and helped us find a Chinese outfit for my son and a nice silk robe for me. There were lots of great items. We will come again.

This place may seem small, but the people in there have a heart of SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought $99.75 full of souvenirs and asked them to double bag the items for me, and what they did was; put the items in a regular shopping bag and the 2nd bad was a tote I got as a free gift from them! The color of the tote is purple / navy blue with the orange San Francisco lettering with the Golden Gate Bridge on it too! I truly recommend this Place as one of the BEST Gift shops Around!
