Helpful staff with a VAST selection of smoking / vape glassware. Some items overpriced big time, mostly fair though. Example: I purchased butane & was told $10 / can or 2 / $15, great, wrap it up I'll take it, upon further inspection back at headquarters on the can label it reads " NOT for individual sale, buy one get one free BOGO" in other words the discount they got was not passed on to me.

These guys are awesome. Cheapest cigarettes in the area. Nice pipes, bongs, lighters, zippos, torches, rolling tobacco, rolling papers, and many awesome figures in the window that are for sale, you just have to ask. I'm moving. Gonna miss this store

Been to smoke shops all over da joint. But I’m old and in the way now( apologies to Jerry,) Smoking Aces treats me great. They custom fit two pipes/bowls for a bong I bought somewhereelse. No questions.

I'm 37 yrs old, an adult, mature, and of legal age. I had come here quite often after a days work in a career with retail and customer service. I've never had any issues with the owners or any staff members at this shop but today at around 6:20pm, I walked in and there was no one inside so I waited and the guy ran in to assist behind the counter. He asked for my ID, I obliged and hastily lightly chucked it on the counter out of stress and annoyance. He then begun chastising me for the way I presented my ID. I had a stressful day and just wanted to grab my normal smokes and get going but he took the moment to give me a very hard time and even gave me an attitude about the way I tossed my ID on the counter as if I personally offended him. I don't know why he took it so personally or made such a big deal out of it and I've never experienced any rudeness here but he was just being quite unfriendly and mean. He created a bad merchant to customer relationship throughout the entire transaction and I should have taken my business elsewhere after the things he said, even if he was doing his job but the things he was saying was impertinent and his behavior was surly. There are other smoke shops that I can patronize and don't have to feel unwelcomed for my small stature, appearance or the way I present myself, and if I wish to harmlessy toss money or my personal items on the cash wrap or the counter, I have the right to do so as I often do so out of habit and to me it is a Vegas thing. I deal with customers in retail from all backgrounds, they can talk loud to me like they're yelling and I never take anything personally because it can be a cultural thing, so I suggest that guy today learns to do the same or the place will loose kind paying recurring customers quick. Now I don't feel welcome buying my smokes here after today's experience with that guy so the place has lost my business even though I find the owners or other staff to be friendly to me when I do buy my smokes there. I have never had anyone say the things he say to me at a smoke shop. I guess he was butt hurt or something for a customer simply chucking an item on the counter.
