Bad service especially when you want to buy lottery ticket. They are not happy at all when you go there for lotteries. We got refused for buying them today. Why bother having it if you don't want to sell it. Always bad attitude.

I always enjoy stopping in here, even if I'm not buying anything. Nice people, good conversations. When I do buy, they're very accommodating. I have seen some *truly* appalling behavior by drunk, entitled SF idiots, and I'm always surprised the staff doesn't just toss them out on their butts.

The guy working behind the counter is a psycho , he's super aggressive and rude. Also, I once saw him screaming at a customer when he worked at puff n stuff a while back . I think he might need anger management or Prozac

Came Here With The Dispensary Crew Looking For A Couple Rigs And Also The Pax 3 For An Event. They Hooked Us Up With A Fat Discount On Everything And We Ended Up Saving A Good $40 On A Grand Total Of $420! Thanks!

Smoke plus is one of the local Castro district smoke shops. Personally I think this place is overpriced and taxed on super tuff. I went in there during my break at work to re up on some vape juice, prior to calling them and asking if they had any discounted juice to use for my juul pods for refilling. They told me they had a wide variety of flavors and brands that are currently on sale. When I went in I was not greeted by the dude who mans this store front. He was engaged with another man who didn't seem to be buying anything and I didn't want to be rude and interrupt there deeep conversation they were having about whomever and or whoever they were gabbing about. After some time I asked where the juice was at. He made a comment about "patience being key" which I paid no mind to and directed me to the front of the store where they only carried one brand of juice with around 10-15 different flavors. Overall this is a s*** take on a head shop and variety isn't there at all. $30 for a s*** brand of juice at 30ml. Barf, s**** caca, poopoo shop will be walking my happy a** down to 7-11 when I'm in a pinch next time and be walking right by this place without a first or second glance at the place.
