My friend had a horrific experience here, and as hairstylists, I’m appalled by your lack of empathy. As stylists, you should understand that hair is precious to many. Your customers are paying exorbitant fees for incompetent service, and what have you offered in return? To think you all are vacuuming money and not regarding customers’ self-esteem and general well-being is asinine and senseless.

What a horrible experience this was. I will be wearing a hat for the next 6 months. After crying for the past hour and not being able to look in the mirror, I am finally able to write this. My hair looks terrible to the point that I won’t even show my friends or family. I asked for an easy trim with some layers and what I got is the shortest my hair has ever been with uneven layers and overall not what I wanted. I’m not sure what was worse, her taking a phone call during the hair cut or randomly telling me that a strand of blonde hair in my head is grey (it quite literally is not). Overall, I am beyond upset with the service and will 1000% never return and I encourage everyone to reconsider this salon unless you are looking to be extremely disappointed with your haircut.Service: Haircut

I am extremely upset by the service from this salon. My roommate got a haircut that she is extremely dissatisfied with, and had to endure horrible service from her stylist. When my roommate attempted to call the salon to express her dissatisfaction, she was met with continued rude behavior. The stylist was completely unapologetic and did not offer to fix it or provide a refund. DO NOT go to this salon!!!

Poor service and results. My friend went looking for a simple shape up and got a horrendous chop, the service was not helpful at all. The stylist should have at least offered to make good on poorly executed work, instead they were very rude and unhelpful. Shame shame shame

Would not recommend. If you are dissatisfied, they will not offer any resolution, just tell you that you shouldn't be unhappy because your haircut looks better than what you walked in with.

Fereshteh is a darling! She let me call and drop right in. She was fast, creative, accurate and a GREAT stylist!!! The salon is so clean and modern. I loved the vibe! Fereshta is extremely talented and has once again blessed my hair with the most beautiful color and cut. I'm getting married in a few weeks and she's the only one I trust to do my hair. I have been to many different salons, yet no one can deliver the results that she does, and I make my way all the way from Santa Rosa to see her! Both my mom and I have been going to her for over a decade. Highly recommend!
