He confirmed he had the boxes needed, and managed to have the frames carefully packed. It was a job far more challenging than you could imagine. Harold did it all by himself, from carrying, measuring, packing, bubble wrapping, and making shipment. I feel bad when I saw him sweating and exhausted from the hard work, but still managed to give his kind and patient smile to me. It was amazing how much effort Harold have been given. “An excellent employee of the Marie office solved a very difficult problem for me: the computer could not recognize the file with my documents and she changed the file format several times, used several email addresses, because a complex email was attached to my iPhone, which was blocked in the USA. And she did it great! I was already desperate that I would leave without printed documents, but Marie and her assistant Cory did a great job! Thank you for your politeness, competence, patience and humanity during this difficult period in my life. Or they could simply refuse for a simple reason - I don’t know English.
