My husband and I recently visited Shreve & Co. in San Francisco to pick out an anniversary gift, and we had an excellent experience. The store is elegant and classy, perfect for selecting a special piece of jewelry.
Maria assisted us and was incredibly nice and helpful. Her extensive knowledge and keen customer service made the process smooth and enjoyable. With her guidance, we chose a stunning Tudor watch that we are thrilled with.
Maria's patience and attentiveness ensured we found the perfect gift without feeling rushed. Overall, Shreve & Co. offers a beautiful selection of fine jewelry and an outstanding shopping experience, thanks to their wonderful staff like Maria. Highly recommended!

I am beyond happy with my experience buying a beautiful piece of jewelry by Sethi Jewelers from Maria at Shreve last month. Maria invited me to a bi-annual event at Shreve in March where I purchased a gold and diamond bracelet. Not only was her expertise and service top notch (eg. she had a table with waters ready upon arrival, and had a few items set aside ahead of time for me to view), she was so fun to work with! The icing on the cake was the resizing experience: the bracelet I purchased was too big for me, and without my knowledge (while I was still there) Maria worked with the jewelers to turn the extra diamonds that were removed into stud earrings, no extra charge! I have two pairs now in addition to my bracelet. I mean, I thought the idea to turn them into studs was great, but when Maria managed to make it happen for free? I’m a life long Maria Montes fan now.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience looking at watches at Shreve & Co.’s SF location. We were assisted by Erik, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful. When we decided to actually make a purchase he made the whole experience feel special for us. We know it was Erik’s last day at that location which made it even more special. All the other staff were warm and friendly as well, saying hello and offering to help with anything we needed as well. So while Erik won’t be at the SF location, I’m sure anyone’s experience would be amazing with another associate.

I had first met Erik R. when looking at watches and recently reached out to him to see wedding bands for both my fiancé and myself. We had checked out a few different stores, but ultimately chose to move forward with Erik and Shreve & Co. Erik was extremely helpful, and through his advice, we were able to find the perfect bands for both of us. My fiancé and I loved the experience of working with him and of visiting Shreve & Co in general. Highly recommend Erik and Shreve & Co! Erik will be the first person we reach out to for watches or jewelery!

My fiance and I have gone to the SF Shreve and Co a few times and we can't recommend it enough for both jewelry and watches! We immediately clicked with Erik R who has helped us on multiple occasions, including our most recent experience where we were looking for wedding bands. Upon entry, Erik was ready for us, taking his time to understand what we were looking for and spending as much time as was needed to look at all possible wedding bands that worked for us both. We ended up going back 2 times - trying on 20+ possible rings until I landed on a combination of two small forever bands - unique, timeless and exactly what I was looking for. My fiance also tried on almost every wedding band possible and eventually also landed on one that was exactly what he was looking for.
Erik was with us through it all. He answered all of our questions (e.g. what metal is this, does this come in 3/4 sizes, etc.) until we both felt comfortable and excited to acquire our wedding bands. He truly took the stress out of the experience, making it enjoyable, productive and personal. Can't thank him enough!

Working with Rebecca to purchase an engagement ring was such a great experience. We were able to customize it with a canary yellow Diamond, and it felt super educational, and fairly priced, etc. We were able to study the different cuts under the microscope. Rebecca was easy to work with and no pressure at all. We went to see her about 3 times before making the purchase.
Also I mentioned to Rebecca, that I liked Rolex watches very much, and she asked me for a list of the ones I wanted. I got a call on my birthday 2 months later with a beautiful watch from my interest list.
Happy fiancé, happy AD, happy me.

We were on holiday from New Zealand and walked in hoping to buy an engagement ring. Daniel was our SA and he was amazing and made the experience very enjoyable. Helped us pick out the perfect ring. The diamond was set to my ring size within a matter of hours, whilst we sipped on the champagne provided. The service was impeccable, highly recommend.
