Although I have an account and I’m activated on my end, they have deactivated me on their end and have said over and over and over that they would send me a reactivation email. They all read from a script. They all promise things they can’t fulfill. It’s too too bad because I’m a good worker.

Worst service ever! Ordered Tv from best buy, paid extra for delivery. First the delivery was delayed but then the delivery person arrived with the package. Took it back from my door and canceled my order!!!! Received refund for the Tv but not the extra shipping cost!

Shipt stole my earnings and customer service was causing me to be late numerous times and they let me go because I was late in reality it was customer service making me late. I'm suing them for also letting me go because of my disability which is a learning disability so if anyone needs help I have the perfect lawyer for you.

applied once and got denied no reason why. tried to apply again and told me once you get denied once you can no longer apply again! customer service was rude as well. never will I try to apply again or use this app as my delivery option

I left Shipt today unfortunately, they waited until I got all the way to the store to drop my order after a 39 minute drive and spending $20 on gas. They refused to pay me when I texted, called and emailed them. The rating system is not really that good either, they stop giving you deliveries and keep saying so sorry for the inconvenience. It seems like once I got to a certain level past 13 orders they decided to start calling me while I was driving to the stores to ask for an ETA. After a year that's never happened. Lots of miles and underpaid.

As a Shipt shopper this company is a SCAM I found out in more ways than one. Today was revealing so I will no longer be shopping for this company. I referred shoppers and was supposed to get a bonus NEVER did! Also, when it comes to addressing any issues or concerns outside of delivering the order they just send shoppers to an email. An email that sends auto populated responses. The chat help is a joke with someone behind the screen who can't even spell the simplest words correct. When you call to speak to a live rep they literally are a waste.They are limited to what they can assist which is pretty much nothing and will just redirect you to another email. Here's a big kicker when you call before transferring to a rep it ask to participate in survey for feedback after the call. Well, that's non-existent ALL the reps had not a clue when I asked to participate in the survey, yet they are advertising it within the call.Each attempt literally hangs up the call.I've had several payment discrepancies one in particular I completed 23 orders and only had guaranteed pay of $8 bucks but completed 8 orders and had guaranteed pay of $163. I still never got that pay corrected and when you ask for a full break down of your pay they give the run around with excuses. I highly suggest a different delivery company since they are SCAMMING shoppers out of their pay. You will go to live chat they tell you to call or email then when you call they say email.This company needs improvement majorly. In addition to they don't have a referral codes you have to provide your member number to your referrals which clearly doesn't work. I can see a lawsuit in their near future. Ftr they have no way of checking their shoppers so you might get a shopper testing positive but delivering you items. There's no real security or enforcement they only care about the orders being delivered.

I ordered same-day delivery or groceries via Target and despite detailed delivery instructions my order was delivered to the wrong address. The shopper even sent a photo of the wrong address. I will never order Target same-day again. I don't know why they could not go back to the address the order was left and bring it to the correct doorstep.

Don’t even waste your time. Due to covid-19 I thought that becoming a member would help me but it actually hindered me. Not only did I register for the wrong membership, I haven’t been able to make an order since because every single day there is no available delivery times. I tried to call, upon membership purchase error, to fix my membership but I was on hold for literally 1 hour. So at this point I would like a refund and membership cancelation. I sent an email out 7 days ago, still no response. At this point I do understand the state that the country is in and that there may be a delay in services from everyone but this is definitely UNACCEPTABLE. I lost $100.00 to a membership that I cannot even use nor can even get into contact with customers service. Do not waste your time. I am highly upset about this.
