Horrible store. You can tell the store is ran by a poor manager.. I go to other loops shell stations and they have everything in stock. This one doesn't have half of what other shell stations have. Another clue of poor management is that the people working there are somehow related to the manager... NEVER HIRE FAMILY or FRIENDS TO WORK FOR YOU!! The lady obviously doesn't seem to feel like she is at work.. just ingnores waiting customers while gossiping with her friends.. she isn't friendly or attentive.. hardly speaks English.. so you know a relative gave her that job. There is no way she got hired anywhere but from her family.. no place would tolerate poor clerksmen behavior.. spend your money somewhere else..

What was bad has gotten worse I wrote a scathing complaint letter which has gone unanswered point is what if I took something without paying for it I'd be persecuted but apparently it's ok for them to continually bypass the incentive for discounts using the dysfunctional app without no cash back or discounts...

I had a flat tire Just now after 12AM and I drove to three gas stations before I got to this one to find the air machine is actually in service.. when I went inside of the loop shell gas station nobody was in there I said excuse me many times before this guy came running from the back looking like he was sleeping or doing something he didn't have any business and rudely told me in the middle of my sentence to get out of his store and told me he was closed. I asked him for air. He told me it didn't work he was cutting me off before I can even finish talking and shooed me out of the place. Obviously it was open because the doors were unlocked and the air machine did in fact work ..why did he lie to me about the air machine and I told him I had a flat tire? I don't know. I think he was racist because I am a very well kept clean decent person so I don't know why he treated me like I was coming in there to rob the place which I would have done if I wanted to because he wasn't even in the store to begin with. He treated me real hateful and it's sad how he treated me. I literally would've been stranded if I didn't check the machine myself.

I stopped in to my corner Shell to get some smokes.. place was completely empty.. . as I was getting in my car My 15 yr old daughter calls crying about a break up she is going threw (first break up ever);she called me totally upset & trying to be a good dad I sat there listening to her and the store clerk comes out and tells me to leave!! Last I checked if I spend at your store I'm your customer.. I wasn't in anyone's way.. but now I know why the place is always empty!! No respect for their customers!! Give us your money and get down the road was the message giving to me. Was treated like garbage ?️?️...How can this company hire so many horrible store clerks?? Are they trained to be rude to people? Go down the reviews and you will see so many compliments about the store clerks being horrible. That is not a coincidence. Bad management is behind bad hirings. You guys should be embarrassed hiring people who can't speak English .. that's completely incompetent.. and runs your customers off... The whole store needs to be replaced from TOP to BOTTOM.. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN !! YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER !!

You guys hiring stupid cashier in the fighting with the customer he doesn’t speak English FCS manager please can you review the camera ad this morning 730 to 745 you can see what he doing with the customer how healthy customer I’m just asking him to buy polite to do to help me but he never does help Customer I’m not gonna say nothing anymore. Take it to camera you will understand how is helping them.

hello, a Spanish friend working in my shell experience today says to me that you can't use the sink even though I fill gas, and the last time I argued, he says use it but leave for 5 minutes, what kind of rudeness is this. Teach your employees how to behave and how to have a dialogue with the customer.
