I paid $13 for the tricolor wash. Not only was there no soap at all used during my wash, but there was no color. I went up to the guy inside afterwards to ask and he said the chemicals were mixed in? I feel completely ripped off and disappointed. Definitely recommend going somewhere else for a car wash or just getting the cheapest one

A total rip off . I came here with my smart car for a car wash . I paid $16 for an ultimate car wash and it didn’t work because apparently the smart car is too small . So I talked to the person there and offered to come in with my other car for a wash and he can just give me a receipt for the same wash. he called the manager , which told him I should have known that it wouldn’t work , argued on the phone for a while and then offered me a cheaper wash. A fantastic example of the worst customer service. I did not take the express wash because I will never bring my car here again . They lost a customer to save a few bucks. Seriously ? This manager clearly knows nothing about management.

The Shell station cashiers are liars, and the store is absolutely disgusting.
There is a Chevron around the corner, take your money over there. The employees are better and the store is clean.

Been hear a couple of times, been treated by the people in Mexican language, me personally I don’t know Spanish, whenever I mention that to the people who work at this shell they keep talking in Spanish. Management should hire someone who speaks English as well

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! A MID AGED LATINO MAN IS ALWAYS RUDE AND LAZY!! THE GAS STATION IS 24 HOURS AND HE SAYS "ITS CLOSED" IN A VERY RUDE TONE!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ESPECIALLY SINCE THE OTHER MAN THAT WORKS HERE ALWAYS SAYS "WE DONT HAVE THAT!" I ASKED FOR A MANGO SNAPPLE AND I SEEN IT FROM THE OUTSIDE OF THE WINDOW AND HAD TO POINT IT OUT TO HIM!! THATS WHEN I REALIZED HE DOESNT KNOW ENGLISH!! SO INSTEAD OF TRYING TO UNDERSTAND SOMEONE HE SAYS "WE DONT HAVE ANY" AND BARELY TRIES TO LOOK!! F THIS GAS STATION!!

This is my "go to" gas station as it's clean, it is well lit and the workers are pleasant. Keep up the good work people & thanks.
