Great experience here as always. Bought a Kawasaki 300 a couple years ago from them. Upgraded to a 650 with sf moto. Now I got a beautiful new 998cc bike(choose not to disclose which bike) which I also got at sf moto. Both Jin and Frank were great on getting me started with the bike I wanted. Eric made the financial part fast and easy. Big shout out to Francesco for providing me with very helpful knowledge and tips and making me feel like a valued customer. I also take the bike in here for service knowing Mike and/or Tom will be there to get the job done right.

The salespeople are great, but this is a no-negotiations dealer. What you see on the tag is what you pay (plus taxes, etc). That would be great, except their prices are too high.

Straight scumbags . Check your tires dates . I asked for the cheapest set and i received 10 year old tires. Theres a difference between a cheap fresh set and an OLD set. I sat there and asked if it was safe and they said yes. We all know 10 year old tires will lose its integrity . Surprised me to see a mechanic try to lie to my face about it when he was only just the pawn in the grand scheme of ripping people off . To value $500 over someones life, this isn't the kind of place i will ever spend at again.

Showed up right at opening, for a battery needed on a scooter not carried by SF Moto: staff was super helpful in making sure we had the correct battery. Very comprehensive company selling name brand motorcycles. Service and parts center always on top of things. Great option in the heart of SF!

Nothing but professional, courteous employees at SF Moto. The process of buying a bike was amazingly easy and fast. The used bike I bought through them is great and was ready to go. All departments treated me great. I have nothing but good things to say. I will be buying my next bike through them.

I don't really like being negative but I really didn't have the best experience last time I went there. I wasn't too happy when I picked up my "special " order for a replacement clutch lever and it was not the whole thing but half of it. Just the actual lever. Now I'm gonna just guess that that's the way it's done but I didn't know that and seems like the salesman could've enlightened me. So I rated four stars because it's entirely possible that this was mostly my mistake. I learned my lesson so it's all good.So i just want to briefly explain myself. Ive found things to be much easier and less stressful when I make sure that I'm being fair in my interactions with people. And that quite often will mean giving a lot of people the benefit of the doubt. Because I feel like that's a very important part of being fair You just really don't know certain things and therefore could easily be in the wrong or at the very least they not at fault. Anyway I wanted to share that because the benefits of acting this way (mature) have been huge ?. Sorry if this has been a bit ?

I bought a motorcycle from this dealership & they totally ripped me off. The bike had less than 5,000 miles & came with tons of problems. I had the motorcycle shipped to me since I live in a different state. I specifically asked them to do a 360 inspection to make sure everything was running good. Sure enough the first day the motorcycle arrived it was already idling rough & had the FI light on. I got in contact with SF Moto and they found me a motorcycle repair shop near my city. They did cover the costs but the motorcycle kept giving problems after that. Mind you it had less than 5k miles. I probably have spent a little over 1,000 dollars out of pocket it. The bike is currently at a motorcycle mechanic as I’m typing this. Please Avoid this dealership.

They fixed the electrical issue on my 13 year old Goldwing, which other shops couldn't fix, for less than their estimate. What a relief! And I found a cool jacket for one third the price of what I normally see. They are close to BART too. A good experience.

The staff at SF Moto are great to work with. Very friendly & professional. They made purchasing a new bike go smoothly. The bike was very clean & well looked after. Mine was delivered basically " turn key " ready to go. Couldn't be happier. I'd highly recommend SF Moto to anyone.

If you got a flat tire, a needle in your motorcycle tire, a leaking tire and need to fix it please read this fist before going to SF moto .This people don't care about the costumer and given them a good fair service. they only care about how much money the can take out of your pocket.Let me share my history. I was a frequent client of this motorcycle repair shop, when it came to change the tires of my motorcycle I always chose them like my fiat option.THE PROBLEM WAS, when I got a fat tired , a screw got into the tire, I went to SF moto to repair it, and the fist thing I heard from the mechanic was a lie, he told me that they cannot repair the leaking tire, that I needed to change it for a new one, that they could try to repair it by patching it but it would cost me the same,in that instant I new he was lying because the kind of tire my motorcycle has is a tubeless , tubeless tires don't need and even can't be patched, they only need to be plugged.I told the mechanic that instead of changing the tire, we just plug the tire ,a procedure that is very known and is very useful, easy to do and reliable, BUT sadly for Sf Moto mechanics is cheap, because the only want your money. He told me they can't do that, because the tire was to small, that it was unsafe and that the only time they plug a leaking tire is on car tires ,then again I new he lied to me again, because I already had plug a tire in a same size, and it has last forever with no leaking problems. So I left, and instead went to an oreillys and bought a tire repair kit that costed me about 15 dolls, I did repair the tire, put a plug in it , drive it for some miles, no problems at all, no leaking or air pressure loss. And now I think, and what I am more concerned about is, that I almost believe what this guy was telling me and almost pay for a new tire installation ,that by the way this guys charge 200 dollars for it. I ,that already have some knowledge about tire, tubeless tires and plugs, almost felt for this guy lies and pay for a service that wasn't needed,I think about the people that doesn't know nothing about this kind of things , that trustingly believe in what a mechanic of this Sf moto establishment told them is right, just to taking money from them, just to in other words robbed them.I will show you pictures of the tire, before and after the repair( after I plug it by myself),also of the tire repair kit I used, that by the way is very easy to do, no more than 20 min you will take if you do it by yourself.
