Worked with Eric the owner on selling 1 bike to them and he was very transparent with how much he could buy it for. If you need a convenient and fast place to sell a bike I highly recommend working with SF Moto!

Brought a working bike to the shop for an inspection and left with a broken mess! When I came to pick it up it wouldn’t turn on. They left it turned on for the whole week it was there. Now the bike won’t turn on even after jump starting and charging the battery. They charged me $200 for the inspection, and said they could only do a diagnosis of the new damage after they change the ignition switch for $1000. Said there was nothing they could do about them burning my battery/blowing the fuse, or whatever else is now damaged until there was a full diagnosis test which could cost who knows how much. I rolled the bike all the way home! Zero accountability at this shop.

If I could give 10 stars to SF Moto I would! I bought my Suzuki GSX S 750 from SF Moto in 2022 and I absolutely love the bike. From service to sales-everyone in the shop is dedicated to giving you the best experience. As a retail manager myself, I am always looking at the customer experience and from start to finish these guys know how to take care of their customers. Shoutout to Frank in sales who helped me get the bike, and Shoutout to Mike and Raju in service for keeping my bike in great shape- they all go above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough. MF

Went there looking for a specific helmet. They had one but not in my size. The guy helping me was very helpful and said they would be getting some more in and to check back. Two weeks later I called and talked to the same guy (Jeff?) who said the helmet had been discontinued but he had looked for me and found a couple using the dealer network he has access to. He gave me the names of OTHER dealers who could help me. Lost one sale but gained a customer! Thanks man.

SFMoto Sold me a bike that was missing parts . I only became aware the parts were missing after completing the sale. Service Manager was rude, said if I wanted the parts I would have to buy them. no discount for the parts was offered. SFMoto has a lot of positive reviews and their prices are fair, but they are not a company you want to have to deal with if there is a problem.

Great experience here as always. Bought a Kawasaki 300 a couple years ago from them. Upgraded to a 650 with sf moto. Now I got a beautiful new 998cc bike(choose not to disclose which bike) which I also got at sf moto. Both Jin and Frank were great on getting me started with the bike I wanted. Eric made the financial part fast and easy. Big shout out to Francesco for providing me with very helpful knowledge and tips and making me feel like a valued customer. I also take the bike in here for service knowing Mike and/or Tom will be there to get the job done right.

The salespeople are great, but this is a no-negotiations dealer. What you see on the tag is what you pay (plus taxes, etc). That would be great, except their prices are too high.

Straight scumbags . Check your tires dates . I asked for the cheapest set and i received 10 year old tires. Theres a difference between a cheap fresh set and an OLD set. I sat there and asked if it was safe and they said yes. We all know 10 year old tires will lose its integrity . Surprised me to see a mechanic try to lie to my face about it when he was only just the pawn in the grand scheme of ripping people off . To value $500 over someones life, this isn't the kind of place i will ever spend at again.

Showed up right at opening, for a battery needed on a scooter not carried by SF Moto: staff was super helpful in making sure we had the correct battery. Very comprehensive company selling name brand motorcycles. Service and parts center always on top of things. Great option in the heart of SF!
