IHSS was so helpful to my Sister Barbara. Peter Chung helped us start the process, Kyle Breschini and Sharon Vernon were the 3 people I worked with. They were all extremely supportive. Peter was always available by Text, Kyle sent me the providers list and listened carefully to what we were looking for in a caregiver. As my sister’s health got worse they gave us more hours to help Barbara and her family.I don’t know what we would have done without their help. Thank you all!!

It is beyond sad that people this rude and insensitive works in social services.Everyone at this establishment is rude and disrespectful. They hire non english speaking people who gives you all the wrong information. They don't even deserve one star.

a total joke there mentorship program say they will help you with making phone calls then turn around and refuse help saying never said that ihss really needs to get rid of the 2 idiots that are running it and replace it with somebody competent

Horrible useless they said they help me find a ihss worker that that help me make calls as I was having a tough time. So anyway when it came time to start doing that they refuse saying they never said that gave me the number to where to get the list and for me just keep calling the names on list
