"I ordered some Gucci lipstick for my girlfriend from a vendor. However, when the package arrived, it was an empty box inside a nice bag. I contacted the vendor and requested either a refund or reshipment, but they refused. They claimed that since I had opted for overnight shipping, they couldn't send a replacement. Moreover, they refused to issue a refund because of my address. This is outrageous! It feels like I have been robbed, and I am extremely dissatisfied with their response. I am planning to contact my bank to report this issue."

I went in to look for a Mac lip liner, what I didn't know or didn't remember was that they didn't sell Mac Products or (at this particular location I can't remember what was said) I guess I really couldn't even begin to lie to you and tell you I have tried to remember and for the life of me I really can't. you want to know why? Because of the experience and the vibe of the staff representing that day was a 10 across the board. I was so happy with the experience, the knowledge and experience of the staff and their personal and most heard and reviewed products that they offered for the reasons I needed. All staff members were very welcoming and they made me as if I had hired them to glam me up you know how you get a store complimentary soft glam. (anywho cause I'm rambling on) I then ask the employee whose name was LUIS.(LUIS was standing next to SYDNEY and as soon as we walked in within the first 30 -45 seconds we were greeted by both members) THAT MY LOVE IS A BIG KEY TO THE SUCCESS AND THE SERVICE OF THE CORPORATION. When they walk in you mustn't wait for them to come to you, you greet them so they know they need to know they have you can't remember if we were properly introduced or if the vibe was just so on that once we started to talk, the conversation flowed. .... feel as tho they were there to make you feel as beautiful as any other being. LUIS tho, must have been handpicked for me. Once told they didn't carry MAC, I then asked if they carried something similar to what I was looking for. LUIS, BABYYYYYYYYYYYYY (AND THAT WAS NOT MEANT TO OFFEND) LUIS said have you tried FENTY? HE was really selling that 'FENTY' So, he left me to browse and I was looking and picked some lip colors. We had asked his opinion on these 2 colors Luis asked "have you have to see this one....." and picked up this color and it was then that it solidified the "IT" girl within me! You count have told me I wasn't Rhianna at Super Bowl (not wishing to be anyone but, that selection) uhmmmmmmmm, yea! I really liked his selection. Naw, I'm not going to lie* (as a kid I couldn't use the word it was forbidden for kids to say it. shoulder shrugs so I kinda feel weird saying it). I LOVED his pick. So, I now know what else I would like a recommendation about. I ask about a skin care product and he tells me about one that's raving. He recommended a certain wash but, he also informed me of a cheaper product known to do similar but, felt the one that was a little more pricey would likely do all I was asking for in a serum. I asked if I should buy both but, he said the one I had already gotten would do the job..... Because I am a LIBRA, I am so indecisive..... I get both! one for on the go/ in the over night bag and one for home. I am now ready to checkout or at least that is what I believe. I get to the counter and my cashier was either CIERRA or KYLAH both were very nice. I am sad to not know who's name to insert but, I was telling her about this color but, her complexion and skin was so beautiful I wanted her to try it. Many people shy away from a RED pair of lips because you have to have a confidence. I run back to bring her the tester and I accidentally grab the wrong one, and I can not find the tester to the one I really wanted. Both colors only had one left of each to sell, I felt lucky. What I didn't know was.... I think I need all 3 colors and so what do I do? I get all 3. LUIS reminds me to get a top for the lipstick, because they come separately.My daughter is talking to our cashier and asks her about the Tic Tok or Twitter viral sampler perfume set. The girls on the register was welcoming but, my cashier allowed me a little time to really pick what I needed I had also told her she could take the next person in line if I was taking too long. I didn't trip too hard about the price because I wanted result and I was willing to give it a try. Overall, the team this day was very intuitive to my wants and concerns. Thank you Sephora locate

They’ve been really helpful, patient, and friendly to me. I’m really happy with my purchases and my experience.

6:40pm 9.21 customer service horrible,the cashier (her ID is 268529)gave me attitude for no reason. I purchased a concealer, she threw it in front of me and didn’t even bother to ask if I needed a bag.She handed the receipt in the same rude manner.Instead of being rude, you “princes”better go and start clean around the store because it looks dirty, especially the foundation testers ,super gross. Be nice and inviting to your clients, this is your only job. If you hate it- quit.

The store clerks at Sephora deceived me into applying for a Sephora Visa credit card. I confirmed with them at least two times, ‘Is this a credit card?’ and they replied, ‘No, it is NOT a credit card. You are applying for a store card that enables you to get discounts when you shop here.’As I stepped out of the store, I received a notification from my bank about someone trying to access my credit information. Later, I got a letter from Comenity Capital Bank about my Sephora Visa credit card application. These liars are infuriating, and the application resulted in a hard inquiry on my credit score!Luckily, the initial application didn’t go through, but I’m upset about their dishonest behavior and how they negatively impacted my credit score. I’m considering taking legal action regarding Sephora’s customer fraud.

Shout out to Louis! 5 stars for Louis the manager who helped me out and was very kind, understanding & customer oriented! The other staff aren’t great bc they among themself and don’t help customers as much BUT Louis was AMAZING & I am so grateful! Thank you ! ?

I get my make up done my Sephora often but this time was disappointed - I wasn’t a fan of how it turned out, the girl seemed to carelessly do it, I had to asked her to do my eyebrows and fix my lashes, and she did not prep my skin at all with lotion, primer, serum literally anything. A waste of $60, I could have done this look myself at home

This is not for all of the Sephora's in the city , just for the sephora on California street. I come to Sephora a couple times a month and have done so for years.I love to see the new products that are in stock and the new scents from different perfume houses .Like I said , I come to Sephora on a regular basis and I usually do not have problems with getting someone to help me. This is the second time this month that I have come to this particular sephora where I didn't get greeted at the door and no one offered to help.I saw different team members look at me on multiple occasions ( they were alone not assisting anyone )but no one cared to come over . When I walked up to the counter the lady was like a robot .No hello, no did you find everything ok, no nothing just " enter your phone number" and next. Lol The most recent time I came in I received the same kind of service no hello , no did you need help with anything, nothing . I just left irritated and didn't buy anything.The Sephora in Stonestown and the sephora on Union street have great service maybe this Sephora needs to take tips from them .

It's a great store but if you're looking for perfume don't go to this one they have a very limited inventory.

I didn't want to write this review but I'm hoping this will help the managers of the store to train their staff for accessibility.When I visited the store, my one arm was casted and on sling, so I couldn't test the products freely. So I asked for help from a staff, she was very reluctant to help and just handed over me the product to my one hand and said I can test it. Obviously I couldn't even open the product with a single hand, and asked her if she could open it. Man, she didn't like it at all. We were far from the mirror and the staff wasn't happy when I walked to mirror and asked to check one more different color. Very unhappy experience.Usually, Sephora staff are very helpful, but not this time at this branch unfortunately :(
