Absent and apathetic when it comes to service. The staff seem to choose who to acknowledge/help based on some unknown arbitrary preference. I’m a Rouge member and was completely ignored by everyone there during their last semi-annual sale. Asked someone where to find a particular brand and was told to “ask someone else.” This person wasn’t busy with a customer. The team offended me so much l just noted what l planned to buy and went home to purchase online instead. If I ever return to this store, it’ll only be to dump returns on them.

I flew in from Japan and forgot my skin and hair care products at home. When I entered the store, I was greeted by a Japanese expert. It felt like coming home. His name was CARMIN and he was very nice. Helped me find what I needed. I was able to get some products that are not available in Japan. It was a great experience. The store is very clean. I would like to report this to the administrator, thank you!

Irene was such a doll! She processed my return super quickly (and actually checked to make sure the product was unused, which some SAs don't do) and gave me my birthday gift! Super nice and pleasant experience.

Felt watched and uncomfortable at some points. I asked to be color matched, someone helped me and then after swiping it on the lower side of my my cheek once and us both agreeing the undertone was nice she asked which size I'd like to buy? After one swatch? So I responded, I know you're busy, and asked someone else for samples. I understand people are overworked so that's okay. My next thing was being asked if I'm okay twice by the same person within like 3 minutes? Last thing is after spending about $150 here I was told I could not get 4 samples and had to limit to 3 lol. The manager mentioned this to the rep over the radio which means she had been watching and counting the samples I got even though she didn't help me. I asked for the additional samples after I already purchased, Just an odd visit and unfortunate.

The staff was super nice. They even had an estitician wandering around waiting to help. I would love to see more natural and organic products. The less chemicals the better. Then you would have a real addict on your hands.

They arbitrarily close early regularly without notice. On one of these occasions I was in the last day of my return window for an item and I arrived only to see that they had decided to close the store at 4:30 instead of 6. I arrived at 4:35 and the woman at the door wouldn't let me in even though I explained it was my last day to return and there was still a line of customers inside the storeVery rude service!
