This was my 2nd time at this repair shop for an insurance claim. The shop is super communicative along the whole process, they were able to squeeze me in even with a large work order. All OEM Subaru parts, car looks and runs like new. 2 weeks in the shop is a reasonable turn around time. All parts are lifetime warranty. Nice job Selecta, its good to have my wheels back for summer road trip'n!

When you drive away from an auto repair shop with a smile on your face, you have to recommend the place to others -- and I highly recommend Selecta. Every contact I had was professional, cordial, and caring. Jackie at reception and Gene as my contact were both excellent. I am very grateful. How I wish all of my contacts in life were the same. They are truly the best.

Our Mini SE was under repair at Selecta for a lot longer than we expected or had hoped. Why was it there so long? Because instead of going with the quick fix that would have been more lucrative and less of a hassle for Selecta, they took the time to do it right, e.g. waited for the right (OEM) part to arrive after fully consulting with us on all options. They made sure we were aware of all costs before they did anything, and even found ways to reduce overall cost via creative solutions that were a hassle for them to implement, e.g. transporting a part back and forth for a repair vs. just buying and installing (an expensive) new one (we would have just gone with their recommendation to buy new because we are not car experts!). One more unexpected bonus, our car certainly seems to drive *much better* after the repair than it did right out of the dealership. Wow.

Amazing body shop all the way from the work they do to their customer service. I would give them ten stars if I could! My car was hit twice this year and each time they fixed my car with great attention to detail and gave me timely updates along the way. They made the whole process easy and pleasant. I wish I could rate Selecta an 11. I had no previous experience with Selecta, so when I needed an auto body shop, I relied on Yelp (knowing some of their reviews could be bogus). Fortunately, Selecta lived up to and exceeded its high marks on Yelp. My car is black, the most difficult color to get right, as it shows every imperfection, but it turned out perfect: no waves, no swirls. The car now looks bone stock. Plus, a few minor items were taken care of gratis. I should also mention that without exception the staff were affable, polite and respectful – shout outs to Patty, Jackie and J.R. (El Jefe).
