Staff are very nice, helpful, friendly, kind, and attentive, often going above and beyond to help. They provide helpful information, like which candies contain gelatin, and package gifts very nicely. The experience is always a pleasure, making for a better day. It is a kid-friendly place where kids love the sweets. The business is wheelchair accessible with street level entry and accessible street parking. See's candy is not taxed in San Francisco, which is amazing. Many recommend it for family gifts and personal enjoyment, promising to return.

I was visiting sees today because I had lost a brand new earring. I was gifted and wanted to pick me up and Paula absolutely made my day.
