Motel with very thin walls, you can hear the neighbors snoring. Clean room but with a musty smell. Cleanliness ok good location for fort mason about 15 minute walk from the pier. Free parking. It does its job for the cost

Rooms very clean, location great, parking space available.
Great value for money
The furniture is a bit old and there are a lot of flaws. You could simply spruce up the damaged areas a bit with a dark brown touch-up pen.
Carpet on the floor, therefore only partially suitable for allergy sufferers.

Helpful staff and their cleaning was great. But the room itself was a little old. The location was good, very close to the harbour you can walk around without any safety concerns

Pleasantly surprised by this locally operated spot! Check-in was easy, safe location near a ton of great restaurants, and the room was clean. Parking lot is a little tight, but it's free so really can't complain! Met one of the owner's at check out, super sweet lady. Will definitely be coming back!

The room was clean(ish), but too small for three people with all our luggage. Housekeeping was not really available but we could get fresh towels at the reception, which is fair enough for this price category.
Sadly, the WiFi was not working really well. While it was technically available it was really unstable.
For the price range and the location this is a really fair deal!
Rooms: Our room was a bit too small, especially since we had two queen size beds in there. There was barely any space left for our luggage. However, it was clean enough and the TV was working. The WiFi not really though. It was unstable and very slow.
Safety: We felt safe in the area which was reachable by foot. There wasn't too much visible misery on the streets.
Walkability: Five minutes by foot in each direction there are restaurants and coffee shops, and small convenience stores. Also the main attractions in town can be reached quickly by car from here.

Everything is perfect. Clean, nice service, location is superb, and the most important thing is I feel safe staying here. Such a recommended place to stay in SF! Would love to come back. The motel is rather old, but clean, the real plus is the parking (small) and the location.
Not too far away there is something to have breakfast and something to eat too.
