Overall I had a quite good experience with SF Toyota. Mason was not just trying to sell a car to me but also was helping me to get a car that I want. He didn't rush me to buy this car but instead was trying to make sure that I feel comfortable. He's a nice guy and very patient. I think not rushing the customers is the key of car dealers and Mason did a such great job.

Got a service here and unfortunately they did not offer a complimentary car wash. My service was at 3:30pm which I have done at Geary location or even in Sacramento and received the complimentary wash.Update: 9/22/2023In response to the owner: The request for the car wash was made but declined. I’m simply sharing my experience of lesser service compared to pass experiences at other locations. Feel free to contact me.

Superb experience. Had the privilege of purchasing a new car from them and it was a wonderful experience. Thomas was my sales rep and he was a pleasure to deal with. Honest and sincere and helped me make the right call. Everything was smooth and I would recommend them any day. Special thanks and kudos to the manager Kris and finance Mr Donald. All a pleasure to deal with and efficient. I was in and out in minimum time and they took care of every step quickly and made it a wonderful and stress free experience.

I had an outstanding experience with SF Toyota.I was assisted by Vic for the test drive, and his profound knowledge stood out. Unlike other dealerships, SF Toyota made a strong first impression by demonstrating their professionalism through a deep understanding of the finer details, such as the distinctions between the 2022 and 2023 models. However, I'd like to dedicate this review to Dan, my salesman. Working with Dan made me feel at ease. It's rare for me to be so impressed, but Dan and Vic truly impressed me with their in-depth knowledge and their ability to convey information effortlessly. Dan ensured that my experience was free of awkwardness, and he excelled in every aspect, earning a perfect 10/10 for knowledge, courtesy, communication, and transparency. He offered assistance with setting up my audio system and connecting my CarPlay. During my second visit to the dealership, this time with my mom, Dan's respectful and considerate demeanor towards her further my positive impression.This being my first brand new car, I will remember this experience and enthusiastically recommend Dan to anyone in search of a new vehicle. Needed a new car ASAP for a new job. Everyone was very friendly and speedy - but want to give a special shout out to Aaron Yang there. He was incredibly informed about all the cars we looked at. He was down-to-Earth and friendly throughout the whole process, giving me great advice without being slimey or too pitchy to try and get me into a new sale. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I'm lucky to have gone through the process with Aaron.

Amazing experience here at SF Toyota. Mason made the car buying experience easy, stress-free, and even - enjoyable?!! Mason went above and beyond to stay beyond closing hours (on a Friday) to help me with insurance issues and help me get my car home. He was extremely patient, kind, and genuinely helpful. I cannot recommend the SF Toyota team enough- especially Mason. Thanks SF Toyota!

San Francisco Toyota is a wonderful dealership to deal with. Victor, Arseniy, the person we signed papers with and the entire staff made buying a new car easy, with no pressure. They had the car and color we were searching the bay area for, and their price was better then any other dealership. Their knowledge honesty, professionalism and friendliness certainly made purchasing our new Toyota Crown very easy. it was a pleasure to do business at San Francisco Toyota. We would never hesitate to recommend them. We love our new car.

I went to this SFToyota which is on Van Ness Avenue last February to look for a vehicle. Mr. Steve Sunny Chen was my sale person. He is very helpful, friendly, honest and polite. I started my search on the internet for a 2023 Tacoma Sport. I saw one that I was interested in and called SF Toyota. I was fortunate to have Vic answer the phone. He answered my numerous questions and gave me time to decide if I wanted to move forward. Absolutely zero pressure! Well, three months later I found another truck. I called Vic and we talked for fifteen minutes or so then I gave him the green light to hold the truck for me. When the truck arrived at the dealership Ryan Dong notified me and we set a time to pick it up. I told Ryan that I had one hour to check out the truck and get all the paperwork signed. When I arrived Ryan gave me a tour of the truck then introduced me to Kris who finalized the sale.One hour and eight minutes later I drove it off the lot.Vic, Ryan and Kris exceeded my expectations!! The three were very friendly, knowledgeable and all around nice guys! The three of them have found a customer for life.

World's worst customer service @Toyota SF--My Camry's battery bracket and central console box got broken, so I walked in their office at 1701 Van Ness Ave, SF to order a new one, last Sunday, 7/9/23 at the quiet noon. Tim Li said he could help me to order them. After hearing what I wanted to order, he abruptly stopped me, telling me in an offensive tone that he couldn't order them for me. I thought I was hearing the wrong thing because he told me he could just few seconds ago. He then resumed his talk over his cell phone. It's a long way for me to come to the office. I asked him he told me he could but why he refused me immediately. His attitude turned very offensive, with threatening and angry eyes staring on me, scolding on me in low voice, but still with his cell phone held by his ear: "I can't order them for you!! You go to the office across the street tomorrow! ". He chided me twice. This was really horrendous! He has now reason at all to abuse client this way. I didn't disrespect him at all. That's why I don't understand why San Francisco Toyota hires such a terrible, abusive, and incompetent person to work for Toyota. Honestly, this bad guy, Tim Li, shall be fired from this job. Maybe he had a fight with his girlfriend or his wife that day before work, or maybe he beat his girlfriend or his wife up earlier that day, but he couldn't bring that bad attitude or anger to work, and threw it to Toyota's customer!San Francisco San Francisco, this abusive person just wants to kick your customers out of door, you should give this offensive guy a lesson by kicking him out of the job!

SF Toyota's sale staff was helpful, patient, and professional throughout the car buying process for any questions or concerns I had. Particularly, Ryan Dong was very helpful and transparent throughout the process of securing financing with my own bank, trading in an old vehicle, and handling the deposit and allocations process. Everything was documented well and communication was concise and responsive. The paperwork and other processes were handled professionally and efficiently. I spent no more than 2 hours at the dealership to pick up the car secured by deposit as Ryan coordinated all the time consuming details ahead of time.They were willing to work on getting a good value for my trade-in after getting offers elsewhere to match. They are transparent with their pricing and were upfront with their mandatory add-ons and markup which may be expected at this point if you're looking to get a vehicle sooner rather than later. There were no surprises and additional add-ons.Very happy to recommend Ryan Dong if you're looking to buy a vehicle!
