Bought my GR Corolla premium here after research online on nearby dealerships. Anthony was very helpful assisting every step of the way. Much have changed from my last 86 Celica GTS purchase. Best to do your homework ahead of time knowing enough what you need for the new purchase. Overall, very good dealer and pricing (no MSRP markup !!!)

Remember that? we can't believe that you are genetically pathological hypocrite, remorseless, immature, unprofessional and unapologetic individual. Next time we will video recording our conversation.
As regular customer for auto services other than a flat tire. This time we came in for tire service which is under warranty but Johnny Liang service advisor refused to service, refused to look up in the system and told us to go back toyota dealer in Oakland. According to service advisor at toyota dealer in Oakland said Johnny Liang is immature and completely unprofessional. How frustrating ?. Johnny Liang definitely need to be trained to let down his scammy personality. We read you like a book. Look Johnny, toyota one in Oakland was able to replace a new tire under warranty the same day.

Recently I have purchased a RAV4 gas model from SF Toyota.
The experience is wonderful.
They use SmartPath, the price is very transparent, they can provide an OTD price based on my zip code instantly. And this is exactly the same price I have actually paid.
There is no hassle at all.
They can cut 2K off the MSRP, the best I can find in the bayarea. At other dealership, they can only give 500$ rebate, and usually with some hidden traps.
Especially, I'd like to call out, Anthony Hom, the agent who helped my during the purchase. I wanted to test drive the vehicle in highway in high speed to see if there was any issue. But in SF area, it is not easy to a highway nearby. But Anthony was very patient, he led me to the highway with a 20+ miles round trip. The testing drive experience was great.

I was in the market for a new Toyota. I knew exactly what I wanted. I contacted more than half a dozen dealerships (including SF Toyota and a couple of others that were known to have no markup pricing policy) via their websites with the model, trim, color preferences and minimum extra packages I wanted.
Anthony Hom from SF Toyota came back with the best quote with clear understanding of my request quickly. They had a good selection of the model I wanted and new units arriving were visible on Toyota’s SmartPath inventory search website. Anthony worked with me on selecting the one best fit my color preference and with ETA best meet my needs. I liked their one price no haggling approach. He communicated well and provided timely accurate info about the vehicle without pushing me to purchase ones that I didn’t want. I put down a refundable deposit for the car I wanted.
With all info provided via emails and text, once the car was delivered to their store, we set an appointment to pick up the car. When we arrived, he was waiting for us in the customer parking garage area with all paperwork ready and car cleaned up and ready to go. We tested drive around the blocks. Anthony was very knowledgeable and pointed out to me some of the new features not available on my current car. We went back and completed the paperwork with the finance department. In less than one hour after arriving at the dealership, we completed the purchase and left with the new car.
It was extremely smooth and efficient with good price and transparent communications. I appreciate Anthony and SF Toyota’s way of doing business. I would highly recommend them.

Do not waste your time here. We were lied to three times and they had an excuse for each lie. One of their lies involved them photoshopping their pictures online (was red in pictures but magically turned black when we got there lol). Even after they lied and I knew they were bad people... I felt bad for them because they all looked so desperate... however I still offered them all cash for their vehicle but since they don't negotiate at all over cash offers it's their loss (we were only $400-$800 apart lol). Honesty is best policy... not the smartest bunch of people working here. Update: When customer is right that's how exactly the owner will reply and they did. Got one!

This is my second leased car from Toyota. This time is with Vanness location. It was a great experience although some hiccup along the way but overall, it was a great experience indeed.
Erick - who is our Sales Rep. He was very helpful and friendly. He helped us find a car with a price that fits our need. We finally got the car that we grow to love and enjoy. We really appreciate all his help and support as well. He is great in customer service too! We talked a lot during the ride to pick up the key and it does not make us feel like we were wasting our time at all. He helped us through the whole process until delivering the key to us when picked up. Thank you so much Erick!
Steven - who helped us do all the paperwork. He is very smiley and helpful. We didn’t have so much time that day and he finally helped us make it happen. He helped us with all the paperwork process, explained and suggested what we needed with the car that could help us use with peace. We finally purchased the tire protection as well. I also agreed that we probably need it in the long run as we don’t know what we will be driving onto these days. I got my first car tire punctured and I didn’t have this protection at that time and it cost me $350 out of pocket to change one tire. However, during the paperwork, the person named Frank called to inform me that there was some system issue that caused the price to be calculated wrong. There was some negotiating along the line but in the end Frank contacted me back to let me know that they will honor and be responsible for the system error on their side. I hardly see that in the corporate world these days how the big company can accept and be responsible for their mistakes and this is impressive. So, thank you both for helping us with all that!
Alan - Sales Manager who contacted me to check in if all the issues are solved and if we finally ended up happy or disappointed. We are very happy with how the team managed to really communicate with every single customers to make sure they are happy and satisfied with the purchase. From GM to Sales Manager and from Sales Manager to the team to work together to find solutions for customers. I am actually very impressed and appreciated. Thank you!
I used to think the target and sales goal are the only thing this type of company care about but they have shown that the before, during and after service are also the big chunk of it that they do care. So, thank you so much for helping us solved all the issues and make sure we are happy with the purchase. And we definitely are!
So, if you are thinking of buying or leasing a car, Toyota will definitely be a great selection for you. And the car runs great so far as well!

Ryan helped me tremendously when buying my car. All the way from helping me reserve the car to teaching about several key safety features/multimedia features in the car. I really appreciated the transparency from them. You can tell they care about getting you the car you want at a fair price.

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I got the news on December 16 that the CVT on my old car was failing and wasn't worth repairing, not the best time for that news! After visits to several bay area dealerships, we really appreciated the service at SF Toyota. We did not feel pressured to buy like we did at so many of the other dealerships we visited. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. What really stood out to me was how knowledgeable Leo was about the cars. He was able to answer all questions about the features, even how the features worked and why they were helpful. I've already recommended this dealership to people and hope they take my advice when they're in the market for a car.
