Devin is a “Rock Star” guide. We had the best time touring Golden Gate Park. We would never have been able to see so much of the park on foot. Fun, entertaining and informative. Will do it again.

SSUCH a great time! Ask for Alex as your tour guide - they are AMAZING!I took my 14 yo niece and we were WELL trained to handle the segway, and Alex tested our ability before setting out. Our path was easy to start.... felt very safe. Learned a lot about San Francisco from Alex, and we had so much fun.Loved the last stop out on the pier where we could whiz about on our segways (within the governor speed, of course!) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

UPDATE BELOW. Great experience, lots of fun, guide was humorous. Unfortunately it was only two (2) hours. All of their site and stuff say 2.5 hours (including .5hr training). We did the 3- minutes training, but got back in less than and hour and a half, so total of just under 2 hours. It seemed like we hit all the places advertised, maybe they skipped some extended times where you can take photographs (there were two I think). It was fine, just don't know why they advertise as 2.5 hours when it's actually 2 hours. Maybe they owe us discount for the shorter time? ($334.23/2.5= $133.69*2= $267.38 then $334.23-$267.38= $66.85 refund?) I won't ask for it but if you book be sure to ask about the time. However, the experience was so good that whenever we go back to SF we'll book their advanced tour including going down Lombard St.UPDATE: Without me asking they refunded me the 66.85 the next day. I think that was really cool of them, both that they are watching their reviews closely, and that they did it in a classy way by not even telling me they were going to refund, just let me discover it on my own, a nice surprise. Now it's guaranteed I'm a return customer. Changing 4 stars to 5. Thank you.

My mom and I booked a segway tour of Golden Gate Park with San Francisco Electric Tour Co and absolutely loved our whole experience! Each bit of contact we had with the company was very professional, clear, and easy. Our tour guide Sam was knowledgeable and so fun - he taught us how to ride the segways and also showed us around the whole park. We had an absolute blast. Will definitely be booking with them again next time we are in the city, highly recommend!

The tour was amazing!!! varied and interesting. Jack our guide was knowledgeable, nice and very funny, he also took a lot of pictures of us. We enjoyed it very much and highly recommend it.

Wonderful tour, most safety conscious, world class setting, expertly led tour. Did I mention fun?!?My wife and I are late 50’s, early 60’s and on a quest for Segway tours since we did one in Nashville 2022, Chattanooga 2023 and now our home (!) San Francisco. Not only was the SF team the most fun, most cosmopolitan, the longest tour and the most variety of terrain, but the safety training was Par Excellence. In fact, the required Safety Vidie they showed in the other cities was the one authored and shot by the SF Electric Tour Company! Talk about setting the standard! So, take your best friends and family members on this tour for the time of your lives! See you on the trail!! (P.S., we’re considering the 5-figure investment to buy two of our own, but it’s so affordable to ride them on the tours!)

Highly recommend. Jayce was a great guide with a lot of cool knowledge on all things flora and fauna in the park. He was a hoot and always made us laugh.

Jack was great! We really enjoyed the tour. Never rode a Segway before but Jack was a great instructor and we picked it up quickly. I would definitely recommend this trip!

My son and I did a Segway tour at the end of August. We were lucky enough to get Susan all to ourselves. We had an amazing time. Susan couldn’t have been more lovely. We can’t think of any way the tour could have been better. Thanks again Susan. You are the BEST!

It was a great time. Weather, hearing about the history of GG Park and the best tour guides! Cass was informative (& funny!) and trained us "first-timers" in a patient manner that we felt comfortable cruising around while enjoying the beautiful sites and landscapes. A must do!

This was the most fun activity we had during our brief stay in San Francisco. We had never done Segway rides before. My wife and I are in our 60s. The training to ride a Segway was easy to understand and within about 20 minutes we were on our way. Our guide, Jack, was excellent. He was very personable and humorous. It was a great way to get an up close look at the city while having fun riding Segways. I highly recommend this as a great way to spend a couple hours in San Francisco.

Our team had a great time on the Segway group scavenger hunt! Easy to coordinate with ahead of time, great training the day of, and a fun itinerary across some iconic places in SF (don't want to spoil the specifics)!

My daughter and I had a great time! It was our first time using Segway and it was scary at first but our Tour guide Susan did an awesome job at teaching us how to use them and we had an incredible time!
