Absolutely UNGODLY abysmal tax preparation services. Tax preparer Becky Robinson FAILED to file a recent return in an expected, timely manner which will cost me HUNDREDS of dollars in penalties. Firm owner/managing partner William Shine has been absolutely USELESS in resolving the matter. When my high-powered financial analyst took her personal tax business elsewhere a few years back, I should have followed suit. Worst mistake I ever made. AVOID or prepare to be ripped off.

Wiilliam Shine is the trustee to my father's trust who has passed. Mr. Shine and my stepmother stole my trust and my brothers. He somehow changed an A/B irrevocable trust into just one trust all in my stepmothers name. I do not know how he did this but he did. In 2017 Camella Harris our vice president went up against him for stealing monies out of someone else's trust. We are not the only ones and I am sure there are more of you out there. I have contacted the vice president and am waiting to see what happens. She is my only hope but so far it looks like she agrees with me on this matter. So Mr. Shine I'm coming for you. See you soon. Hide all those stolen assets.

Shine has taken care of our small business taxes for a few years now, in addition to a few family friends personal taxes who also swear by him! Bill and Lucea have the expertise, knowledge and experience to handle everything. They explain, guide and take care of us every step of the way. The staff are amazing and we would not have any other accounting firm handle our business or personal filings. Highly recommend; wish I could give more than 5 stars!

We moved our personal tax preparation to William Shine several years ago. He and his staff have been a pleasure to work with and has helped us greatly in meeting the tax deadlines despite the fact we run several corporations. I looked up the company to get the phone number just now and saw the previous review. Bully accountants? Whomever he is speaking of is not with William Shine. We have nothing but positive things to say about Lucea and William.
