Specific to a bright green KIA Soul: was picked up at 7:30, we were told she’d be picking up a third using Wayze. She got her pick up time wrong, was driving the wrong direction multiple times, then had us wait an extra 15 min. Was dropped off at 8:30 when the trip usually takes 30 min. A whole hour later, missed my bus!
