Fantastic customer service, thank you Kyle! Excellent selection, not to mention very informative and personal service. We can't thank you enough for guiding us towards a new comforter and bedding, not to mention excellent laundry detergent that we have changed over to completely. Highly recommend this store and Kyle's expertise!

One of my favorite places in San Francisco. The staff are super helpful and have vast knowledge of the products they sell and of the industry as a whole. The prices are fair and you can occasionally snag a bargain, but they specialize in higher end linens, so not a bargain basement kind of place. On the other hand, their products are top quality and meant to last. I've been shopping here for two decades and wouldn't go anywhere else.

This shop has some shockingly expensive stuff (think $3000 blankets and $1200, even $6000 pillows). I spent nowhere near that but everything I got is -unreasonably- comfortable.While nothing here is "cheap", the simpler options can compete on price with higher end options at department stores. Some specs may not seem to compare favorably but the materials and weaving are in a different class. 200 thread count sheets here felt softer than any big brand 800 or even 1000 thread count sheets I've looked at.If you're leaning toward the upper end of the typical department store price range, compare to the "lower end" here. It's pretty unfair.And if you spend more, things get amazing. Dangerous store if your budget is flexible. Fair warning: the St Genève down products and Cobi cashmere blankets will ruin you for everything else.I recommend working with Kyle. He steered me away from a couple decisions I would have regretted, didn't encourage or bias me toward higher end products or pressure me to make a decision right away, just explained everything and answered questions.FYI almost everything has to be made to order so obviously not the best place to pick something up on short notice.
