They advertise that they do data recovery at this location, but they do not. This is some random computer shop with a drop box, and they ship it somewhere in the South. They promised a 24-48 hour evaluation, however it’s been almost 2 weeks. My case manager Wesley Bowen lied and said they were working on my SD card, but after calling the corporate number I found out the real story. My expensive SD card containing valuable family wedding photos is currently lost in the mail and they have not updated me at all. One rep said it was stuck in Memphis with FedEx, but apparently this company is based in Ohio. I repeatedly call daily to experience rude customer service, and I feel like I’ve been completely gaslighted. I have not had one update since dropping off my SD card, and it almost feels the case manager is avoiding me because he won’t call or return my messages. Terrible customer service that makes me think I’ve been scammed. I hope I can retrieve my photos one day!
