The elevator card readers are abysmal. I regularly need to swipe using multiple readers to ride an elevator. When the readers fail they display 503 Access Denied. This has been an issue as long as I've worked in the building.Update: Today the elevator doors aren't opening. Security sent a bunch of us up on the freight lift.

Do not use for crm product, keep a search going for a more user friendly option. Their customer service is not helpful.
