The manager Aaron Buadin gave me unique service that is not commonly found these days . He went above and beyond to help me get my windshield replaced . Because of him i will highly recommend him and Safe lite to people on my social media outlets , people from work . thanks again Aaron for being a master of your craft and taking the stress out of it.

Unbelievable, They switch an appointment at me last minute. And they try to bill even tho I’m fully covered. It’s kinda situation where if you pay attention they go by the book. If not they will take you to the cleaners!

Who shows up to a scheduled appointment without the proper tools to do the job that was clearly indicated weeks prior? Safelite does, that's who. What an absolute joke of a service this company provides. Please use anyone else to do this work for you.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Safelite in San Francisco, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The team was exceptionally professional, demonstrating a high level of expertise and courtesy throughout the process. They completed the work efficiently and effectively, ensuring my vehicle was in top-notch condition. One important note they shared was to avoid pressure washing the vehicle for at least three days after the service. This attention to detail and clear communication truly set them apart. I highly recommend Safelite San Francisco for anyone needing auto glass repair or replacement.

I am blown away with the great service from this Safelite location. I am traveling from out of state for a business conference and my car window was smashed. My insurance provided a seamless claim process and I was able to get an appointment with this location to for repairs within 48hours. I arrived when they opened in the morning and in 90 minutes I had new glass, my car was cleaned of the broken glass, and I was on my way. I’m so grateful Safelite made an inconvenience much easier to navigate!

Super efficient process getting my windshield replaced with Safelite. Stress free experience since they are a preferred partner with my insurance. Location looks new or at least very clean and organized. Can’t imagine a better alternative to glass repair/replacing.

Slow service - they promise one time then end up late. Then they’ll make you stay until it’s ready because “they can’t hold it overnight”. Overall would not come back nor recommend this location.
