My wife and I just landed our San Francisco dream home thanks to our incredible agent, Yesenia Rogers. Yesenia is an amazing professional that consistently went above and beyond for us. And we could not have been more difficult clients.
We had a very strict budget, didn’t know anything about real estate, had never bought a home, and couldn’t even articulate what we wanted. We also have completely opposite tastes and are super picky people. We also got cold feet once a month. We also have two dogs. Again -- nightmare clients.
That Yesenia managed to find us a home well within our budget that we both somehow love is nothing short of a miracle. Her undeniable expertise and enthusiasm left us feeling encouraged and taken care of when we needed it most. And despite doing everything we could to drive her crazy, she never once waivered in her responsiveness, diligence, or patience with us.
All to say we are so grateful to Yesenia for sticking with us and seeing us across the finish line. You would be incredibly fortunate to have her take you on as a client.

Ruth and her team are incredible. We worked with her and Maddie to buy our first single family home in the city and were so impressed by the communication, helpfulness, attention to detail, and care the team brought to our search. She knows the market inside and out and helped us get our heads around the process by analyzing past sales and was always quick to provide comps and perspective when we were interested in a home. It’s evident when you see Ruth interact with other agents that she has great relationships and respect within the field. The home we bought was a fast-paced, off-market sale and we couldn’t have done it without Ruth and Maddie working to pull together review sessions and comb through disclosure packets. They were organized and super responsive, and it always felt like we were in the best of hands throughout the entire process.

The Krishnan team were wonderful to work with. Though we haven’t dealt with many real estate transactions in the past, this transaction was by far the least stressful one we’ve ever had. The team was professional in everything they did, and kept us informed every step of the way. They were responsive to every question we had, and responded promptly and efficiently. Their strategies for improving the property paid off, resulting in a great price. They made our house look so modern and beautiful. And their marketing of the property was fantastic! We loved the video they made showcasing the property. They were vigilant in showing the property, and held as many open houses as needed to get the most people through. We do not live in San Francisco, and they took care of everything for us so that we didn’t have to lift a finger. It was carte blanche all the way! Even when there was a small glitch with the title company, the team was on the phone immediately to try to resolve it for us. We felt very well taken care of, and knew that our best interests were foremost. If we had to sell another property in San Francisco, The Krishnan team would be the one we’d choose! There would be no hesitation.

She was patient and responsive, and I was impressed by how neatly she organized her work and alleviated the stress for me as a seller. After hiring Ruth's team we were met with extremely high professionalism. We walked through the process step by step and had all our questions answered up front. From there it was very hands off, her team was able to take our home and provide quality updates at reasonable prices that in the end increased the value of the home beyond those initial costs. We were updated several times a week and couldn't have been happier with the progress. After the updates I was amazed at the quality of work that had been done, you don't see that level of work often. We were able to sell our home for more than we expected and felt great about the process. We can't thank them enough for their hard work and professionalism.

Lauren was absolutely amazing to work with!
My husband and I met Lauren at an open house she was hosting and liked her so much that we asked her to represent us in our own home search. She is open, transparent, and incredibly informative. With her help, we ended up purchasing our first home. Without Lauren's determination in the negotiation process (at one point she was driving and pulled over to submit our offer via hotspot :)) we wouldn't be in the home that we love so much.
Lauren is a master in Bay Area real estate and her negotiation, communication, and organizational skills are top notch.

Lauren + Valerie were amazing in educating me around the San Francisco real estate market. I recently moved from Texas where the buying process is a lot different and I felt in great hands with the Ruth Krishnan team. I was able to get into contract with my first offer which was fantastic and I was guided along each step of the way. Lauren was very knowledgeable around what would be a fair offer and helped me review/understand every document that was needed. Valerie was also very helpful once we got into contract and helped maintain the communication between me and the seller. She made sure that everything was taken care of and followed up with any action items needed so we could close on time. The team was very professional and honest every step of the way! I would definitely recommend to anyone buying in the San Francisco area :) 10/10 would work with them again

Ruth and her team are impeccable, extremely hard working and innovative in their approach. Ruth took the stressful home selling job off my shoulders and shouldered it with her team.
Starting from being incredibly responsive early on through managing each detail, advising me through tough decisions, walking through pros and cons of different options all with a truly caring nature.
Ruth and her team were the perfect partners for me especially with the challenge of selling a TIC and as the market was taking a down turn.

Selling a house is not easy, until you do it through Ruth Krishnan, and specifically with Yesenia Rogers. Yesenia was, and still is even after all is said and done wonderful to do business with. This entire process from initial discussion with Ruth, and remainder of selling process with Yesenia was as painless and stress free as could be. After she took a tour of the house, she had some initial ideas that surprisingly made sense. The improvements she suggested were simple, but actually made all the difference in making the first impression to whomever walked in feel that could be their place. I am not one to write reviews in order to get something in return. Yesenia really knows the real estate market well, and she was available all the time, not just on her schedule. I could tell from the times she got back to me she works more than 8 hours a day. I just handed over the keys to her after just a couple of initial discussions and signing off on the sales agreement, and let her and crew go to it, by prepping the house, getting the necessary inspections completed and out of the way in advance (something some realtors don't do until after the initial offers start to be placed, and have seen from personal experience), and vetting offers before discussing with me, etc. I had absolutely no stress or worries at this point, and this was before I moved everything out. No one likes unknown persons walking through their house not knowing what they may be thinking or doing. Her crew was mindful of that and made sure I didn't have to be concerned, as the trust was there. The marketing of the house through the website was excellent. It is easy to make a site appear to look good to the eyes, but actually putting some effort into taking some real pictures showing how the sun lights the rooms or garden up takes some experience. Pictures say one thing, while physical visits are another. When I saw the web site with how the house was presented, I actually felt like I was there. Not an easy task these days with AI taking over almost everything we do and see now, so we can't even tell it is a computer that wrote the program or descriptions covering the good points selling the house. Yesenia is a true professional, yet a down-to-earth individual that did an outstanding job with her crew selling my house.
I was on a tight time frame selling the house, and Yesenia made it happen ahead of schedule. I was informed in advance what needed to get done, and if I agreed. There was no pressure and if I didn't feel the need to have a specific job done, then it wasn't. Whatever needed to get done was completed on time or earlier then was originally scheduled.
The paperwork selling/buying a house can be daunting. Some realtors just say sign here, sign there, this is standard "boilerplate" phrasing for a contract. Yesenia didn't do that. She took the time to explain the legalese, and simplify if there was a question. Her knowledge, professionalism and communication skills are excellent. She makes the time for you, yet not like one feels like one is being squeezed in. She was always there for me, even after normal working hours or on the weekends. To be honest, and I personally am not receiving any benefits for writing this review and have found Yesenia to be more like a friend looking out for my interests, than just being my realtor.

Over a challenging 1.5 months and after making two offers, we finally secured our dream home, thanks largely to their unmatched expertise and dedication.
One of the standout aspects of their service was the unique "past sold exercise," which helped us get a clear picture of the market trends and data. This was invaluable in making informed decisions. Lauren was incredibly thorough in reviewing property disclosures, pointing out potential red flags as well as the pros and cons of various aspects of each home we considered. We had a really great experience with Ruth and Yesenia. We were pretty worried that we'd sell our home below market because it wasn't in the most desirable location in the city, but Yesenia did an amazing job selling the value of the property and negotiating to get the best price. We were very satisfied with the multiple offers! Yesenia was very detail oriented and held our hand through a bunch of complicated steps in the process. We couldn't have asked for a better team to sell our home. The staging was also very well done - they have a strong design sense!

Ruth, Yesenia and Chandler and the entire team were an absolute pleasure to work with selling my home in San Francisco. They took care of everything from vendors to inspections, to negotiations, providing practical advice on how to approach the SF market. They truly are experts in what they do, annd in addition to the knowledge they provide, they take VERY good care of their clients. Exceptional response times and wonderful communication, they involve you as much or as little as you would like in the process (for me, it was little- I handed them the keys and they did the rest). Although I no longer live in the Bay Area, definitely recommend the Krishnan team if you are looking to buy or sell a property in the area
