Reiterating what another reviewer stated they do smoke inside and eat. The place is a rats nest and the one man at the front is rude. He is very much rude and if you are not Asian it shows that they would prefer you did not shop in their store.

Cheapest supplies store in SF. If you are looking for service go HD or Lowes. If you want to save a few bucks and know what you are looking for, you found a gem.

It is the best game in San Francisco. I buy everything from them. The English is not to good but nobody is perfect. We are lucky to have a plumbing supply store in the area. Less driving means less down time. Traffic sucks in San Francisco. His name is Big Money good luck everyone

I deliver here almost everyday for work. Just want it to be known that they smoke cigarettes inside the store. Also, the owner is a total creep. He couldn't keep his hands off me, kept hugging me for no reason and always tries to kiss me. He thinks it's a joke. I almost had to get physical for him to stop thinking it's a joke....

Ruby provided great customer service I placed an order for several windows which I was able to pick up a week later. Parking is limited since it's located on busy street Geneva. His pricing is reasonable and at times cheaper than other stores.

Very nice convenience store has a lot of product would we need. Has a lot of choices and the staff is friendly. Miniature horses of a supplies better than Home Depot or Lowe's. Very convenient location the only problem is the parking. Overall will definitely use it again

Excellent place for contractors.

CONSTANT trucks double parked in front of their store blocking a full lane on Geneva. I've seen multiple accidents almost happen because of it.

Ruby has all the plumbing and electrical items needed to build a house. They will cut wire and pipe to any length you need. I have purchased 12 gauge and 14 gauge Romex cable, cast iron pipe, galvanized nipples, oakum, electrical conduit, boxes, fittings, sockets, connectors and teflon tape here. The business is Chinese owned and most of the customers are Chinese immigrant contractors and handymen but white contractors and handymen along with their latino workers also buy their supplies here. Parking on Geneva is hard to find with all legal spaces taken and customers double-parked so I usually park up the block on Athens Street. The two guys behind the counter speak English but their workers don't.
