Danny Chao at Royal Motors is my hero!! I got rear ended in my new Volvo xc40 and I was totally distraught and anxious about the repair. Not only was Danny in communication with me the whole way through the process, he was a total professional, patient & kind, and explained each stage. His reassurance and graciousness was much appreciated in a stressful and unfortunate experience of getting rear ended. The car looks amazing and I can't be happier with the experience at Royal Auto Body Shop. As Danny said to me, "you want Steph Curry working on your car, right? Not just anyone, you want the best..." Danny and his team are great, I highly recommend them! I got rear ended and was very unhappy with the repairs that were done at a different body shop because the trunk of my car was still misaligned and the other shop said they couldn't do anything to fix it. The SF Audi service center recommended that I reach out to Danny and I'm so glad that I did. They were able to fix the alignment on my trunk quickly and free of charge! I will definitely be coming back if I ever need a body shop again in the future.

The folks at the body shop are great to work with. I had a sagging passenger side, front door hinge, and they tightened it up for me quickly and effectively, and even waived the charge! I've worked with them in the past as well, and I've always found their service to be top-notch.
