I took my Volvo into Royal Auto Group this path month for a major issues with the A/C. The team was incredibly communicative as they worked through the problem and coordinated the entire repair with the warranty company. We were on a texting relationship as they provided daily updates on the status and what they were finding. The warranty company wanted to use aftermarket parts, but the Royal Team ensured we used Volvo parts and secured a new warranty for these components.
We were extremely happy with the customer service and the professionalism of the entire team. I'd recommend Royal Auto to anyone looking to get their car serviced by the best.

Super happy with my recent lease and trade in experience! Dennel was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. It’s my first time leasing, and I felt confident in my decision due to his help—every question I had was clearly addressed, no pressure was put on me to move in any direction, and both the trade in and leasing were efficient and quick.

Bought a Certified Pre-Owned Volvo here yesterday and I’ll tell ya, Royal Auto Group is super easy to work with no high pressure sales and just a really solid group of people. Shoutout to Artem Alimov who worked me through the process and is a great sales guy to request if you are onsite.

Generally incompetent, unhelpful and rude. Even for customers like us who have been with them for several years, they don't make an effort at all. Do not recommend it.

I just want to share my positive experience. I'm in the market for a new car. I went to Royal VW to look at some of the models. Sean Pino was the person who helped me. He was so pleasant, patient and very helpful. Even though I ended up with a different car that initially thought I still want to commend Sean for the great service he provided.

I just signed my second lease at Royal Auto Group and LOVE it. I have an Audi dealership about 5 minutes from my house (in Marin), but I come to this location because of the level of professionalism, honesty and service I get from the team. I work with Alastair Pakiam in sales. I used to dread going into showrooms because of the hard sells and feeling pushed into something I don't 100% want at that time. He is so knowledgeable, nice, and honest - he got to know what I wanted and pointed me in the right direction. On this last lease I had no intention of turning in my car early, but was so excited about the option that he found me I did it. I left with my dream car at a price that is doable for me. He has since checked in to make sure I'm still happy, and has answered all of my questions that have come up. I will always go to Royal Auto Group and always work with Alastair from here on out!

I purchased my favorite car Mazda CX-30 yesterday, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Patrick Lindsley was exceptional throughout the entire process. He always replied to my emails quickly and with great patience, answering all my questions thoroughly. This excellent communication made me decide to buy the car here in just two days. I drove from the South Bay Area to this here, and it was well worth the trip. The purchase process was smooth, with Patrick and Clark assisting me every step of the way. Everyone was very professional, making it a very good experience.

I called in today to inquire about purchasing a used Lexus RX. The salesman seemed disinterested right off the bat when I asked specifics and completely dismissive in a sale when I discussed out of state delivery and bringing my own financing. I have purchased a car from California just a couple years ago and my experience was night and day. Really poor service from this dealership unfortunately.

They didn't completely screw the oil cap under the machine. The oil was leaking but it was good that they fixed it for free because the engine oil was leaking out enough to cause an alarm.

This review is for Mike. Very unprofessional and rude. He sells Mazda cars but carries the attitude as if he is the CEO of Mazda. I understand there was likely some miscommunication over the phone before we met but nothing gave him the right to act like he did. Patrick across the street at Volvo dealership was extremely nice & helpful. Mike should learn from him. Whether I buy a Mazda or not, but definitely not buying from this dealership (credit to Mike).

I cannot say enough good things about Royal Auto Group Service.
I would give them a 10 if I could. They always deliver on time and are very transparent on what exactly needs to be done. I love that they sent me a video checking other items to make sure everything was safe. Darren and Frank...Kudos...the best service!

I was in the market for a CPO 2023 Audi A5 Prestige since Q4 2023.
It's almost been 20 years since I've purchased my last car, so I wanted to make sure I took my time finding something I loved at the right price.
I'm located in LA, and my experience with the dealerships here was not the greatest (to say the least), so I was relieved to come across the exact car at Royal Auto Group in SF!
From my first inquiry, Alastair was exceptional (an understatement).
He was helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient - even after I drove off alarmed/confused over some of the Driver Assist signs on the dash (again, my last car was a 2006. ...Technology. LOL). He was always quick to communicate, and took the time to answer all of my questions with great detail - even sending him pictures to compare other cars in my area. I truly did not want to have to drive a car back to LA, but my experience with Royal Auto Group and Alastair was absolutely worth it. All the ins and outs that go into researching, test driving, dealing with the weird passive aggressive sales tactics feel like absolute hell (small part of why I've avoided this process for so long), but I honestly felt zero pressure during my experience with Alastair. The entire process felt relaxed, friendly, and to the point. I definitely won't wait another 20 years for my next go-round, but when the time comes - fingers crossed for another experience like this one! 11/10 RECOMMEND!
