Most of the time I get great service. I like the variety of brands and clothing options. I'm very tactile and it helps to be able to see and touch some of the fabrics. They have a lot of really nice pieces and they are plush/suoer soft and look nice. Also, they tend to run low on common sizes fairly quickly so if you like something you should get it when you see it, and not wait.
