As a professional moving company, it's essential to understand that relying solely on little pads and shrink wrap won't guarantee scratch-free furniture. The way you stack trucks also plays a crucial role, and I'm confident that items are misplaced or damaged during transit. Speaking from my experience working for a moving company, we take extra measures to ensure our customers' belongings' safety. We use shrink wrap on all sofas, recliners, grandfather clocks, or any item that holds glass. Additionally, we pad wrap EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF FURNITURE, treating each item as if it were our own family's household item. It's important to prioritize the proper handling and protection of your clients' belongings.

Their employees will lose hardware necessary to rebuild your beds and tables etc. during the move. Then they'll try to hire a 3rd party contractor wherever you're moving to in an effort to clean up their mess. And then they'll give wrong addresses to contractors, then offer to pay extra travel, and then ghost the contractor. That happened to me as a contractor in Oklahoma City.

I just needed big stuff moved, bed, refrigerator, couch, but they took other things and still made it under three hours. They were fast, efficient, totally knew what they were doing. There were flights of stairs at both places. Also both guys were very cute.and nice and smelled good.

Kyrylo and Valentine were my movers and let me tell you...they were awesome! Showed up on time, quickly emptied my storage unit, and just as quick moved everything into my new home! I used Rockstar Pro Movers when I first moved out of my apartment and again this move. They are professional, courteous, and very cost efficient. I'm surprised by the other reviews on Yelp because my experience was very different with these guys...hence why I used them again!

I needed someone to move a washer and dryer right away.Rockstar gave me an appointment the same day which was so helpful. Benjamin set up my appointment and got it scheduled in a timely manner. The movers that came were Kyrylo and Valentine. It was very hot out but they were on time, respectful and got the job done pretty quickly. They were very polite and easy to work with. Thank you guys for getting this done. Appreciate the help.

My fiancé and I moved our 1,100 square foot 1 bedroom apartment .6 miles down the street. We hired 3 movers with Rockstar Pro Movers at a rate of $195/hour. Our house was fully packed into boxes, with nothing left out for the movers to pack themselves. At one point throughout the move, the workers were pushing 1 box at a time on a dolly. One of them grabbed ONE SINGLE patio chair and walked to the truck. They started at 10am and around 1pm they asked for a lunch break, 100% understandable and deserved. I asked them if they had another vehicle which they'd go get food in and/or if they had packed lunch. The lead mover stated "no, we will walk." There was no place to eat that was quick within a mile, which would have made their 30 minute lunch break easily over an hour, and I could tell they were already moving so slow. To ensure we were working at the fastest pace possible, I offered to have it delivered through post mates. None of them offered to give me money back for it. The time time was restarted after the main mover was finished with his lunch, 10 minutes before the other two movers had completed their lu HC. They continued to sit and eat while he worked. The total move took over 9 hours. Again, this was a 1 bedroom apartment, fully packed, moving .6 miles down the street with 3 men. I reached out to the owner Russel to discuss our unsatisfaction. He answered, giving me the run around, and telling me he'd call me back shortly. 24 hours passed and I called again, this time getting a worker named Nick. Nick was understandable, apologetic, yet unsuccessful getting her boss Russel to respond to us. The move took place on May 25th. I've called every day since then. Today it is June 7th. Irate, I decided to fill out an estimate online through their website with a fake name, sharing the exact same details as I did when we first inquired. The estimated quote gave me a 4-5 hour MAXIMUM time frame. Again, ours took NINE HOURS. Luckily, my fiancé is an attorney and we look forward to filing suit again Rockstar Movers for their unwillingness to hear our complaints and find a resolution.

These people are the worst. They overcharged me and when I tried to question it the head mover got super aggressive with me. I contacted the supervisor for a refund and he gave me the run around but I finally got it. Worst part is they damaged my security door in my old apartment and I have been calling them multiple times a week for the last MONTH AND A HALF to fix it and they still haven't fixed it. Every time there is an excuse. I just want this fixed NOW! RUSSELL, maybe this review will get your attention?! CALLME BACK!

These guys are horrible. They milked the clock and took 9 hours to move our 2 bedroom condo. No fridge, or washer/ dryer to move and had an elevator at the new place. I had to jump in and help so it didn't drag in for 2 more hours. They charged us 1700 bucks and we only moved 8 miles from our old place. Took 2 breaks and a lunch 2 1/2 hours into it and asked my wife to get them KFC for lunch. You cannot make this stuff up it was unreal. I thought we were on an episode of punked.
