I've been working with Hannah for several years and can't say enough great words about her. Very passionate, professional, friendly, has a fantastic sense of style. Our living room looks awesome now along with the other furniture/accents from Roche Bobois around the house- all thanks to Hannah.

I own a small sofa factory. I wouldn’t consider myself a competitor of Roche Bobois, but more of a fan. In my almost 20 years of making and selling sofas I have taken apart every recognizable brand of sofa to see how they are made, everything from IKEA (which in many cases is not nearly as bad as it’s made out to be), to Room and Board (American Leather, which is much worse than it’s made out to be), to Ralph Lauren (also fantastic), Holly Hunt, B&B Italia , and so on and so forth. But the top top top TOP is Roche. Hands down - best Sofas in the world are Roche. They take style, quality, finish and ergonomics to another level. I think there’s a general idea from many people that this is just rich people buying overpriced furniture. And I will definitely agree about the rich people. And probably many of them don’t even appreciate what they are getting. But as a person who actually knows… I’m tempted to call this good value. People just don’t realize how difficult it is to squeeze that last 10% or 20% out of a product to be better at everything. Sort of like an iPhone, there are lots of phones out there, but else nothing quite like an iPhone, and nothing else quite like a Roche Bobois piece

I've been eyeing this store for many many years and Hannah Kim was so helpful to us during whole interior design process of our new home. Hannah was very knowledgeable and gave us several rendering of furnitures in our space and that was big help to make all the right decisions. We have the furnitures now and they are spectacular!!! Furnitures are sleek and modern. Very good quality and multifunctional. World Class service and products!!! Cheers~

You guys got an amazing staff there in SF branch! Hannah Kim helped us select the sectional sofa to replace the one we got 20 years ago from the same branch. Because it was a sectional, there was a lot of back and forth to make sure we got the right size and set up. It didn't help that we changed our mind a couple of times and got confused in our own little design. Hannah was super patient and really really helpful by suggesting options that would work best for our settings. Our sectional sofa arrived and fit perfectly in our living space.

I ordered 2 sofas in June 2021 and was told September for delivery. It was delivered on January 17,2022 with the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.In September, I started to follow up. Each time my salesperson told me she would call back but she never called back. Our final conversation was me calling her again and complaining about the lack of customer service. She then tells me that she is only a designer and has nothing to do with delivery. She tells me that due to port issues, my order is late but then tells me that my sofas are at the factory which has nothing to do with the port issues.She just made up answers because she didn’t know . I went to her boss who found out that my sofas were sitting in Miami. He coordinated the logistics and the delivery date was scheduled for 12-17. Driver never showed, COVID, snow, lies about when it will be delivered, it was supposed to be white glove delivery on 1-17. I found out today from my contractor that the delivery team could not lift the sofas off the truck and asked for help. My contractors team helped them deliver. I paid a premium for white glove delivery.The final straw was the fact that my salesperson sent me an email to come and see her in the showroom to sell me more stuff. Tone deaf and clueless. Not a luxury experience to say the least.

Trust, Integrity Matters. We ordered two swivel chairs from Roche Bobois. Unfortunately, we had several glitches that proved to be frustrating. Hannah Kim was our sales representative. Fortunately for us, Hannah was consistently responsive to our concerns and determined to make it right. The chairs were a big investment for us, and we were quite worried about the ultimate outcome. Hannah proved to be unfailingly gracious, listened, and was thoroughly fair-minded. She made sure that our order came out properly, and we are delighted with our final product. In a time when so often businesses do not take responsibility errors or for good customer service, our experience with Hannah and Roche Bobois was a positive one, and we are most grateful to Hannah for facilitating a positive outcome. Thank you Hannah! Thank you Roche Bobois!

Exquisite pieces of art that harmonizes form and function. A place to aquire furniture that boasts craftsmanship and uniqueness.Waited 6 months for a lamp, and was not disappointed by the aesthetics of the product.Brady is a polite charismatic salesperson who's voice should be in a Western. It was a pleasure working with him through the process of purchasing and receiving my lamp.Unfortunately, it baffles me how the quality of customer service did not translate down the pipeline to the delivery aspect.When you're paying for a high quality item you'd expect the same treatment throughout.I enjoyed the lamp for a matter of weeks before it stopped functioning. The repair team came promptly as arranged by Brady but they could not identify the issue at my apartment. They had to bring it back for further inspection and "repair".When they were done, it was scheduled to be delivered to my door but instead I find it haphazardly stuffed into the building's mailroom. Cords tangled and the protection film didn't even cover the parts that mattered.Many things went wrong here, but importantly,1. I'm shocked that a lamp made in Italy broke down in a matter of weeks.2. They treated my $2K lamp like it was a piece of IKEA furniture.Roche Bobois is known for designer furniture but I'd stay away from anything that's electrical. I don't mind doing business again with Brady but I would absolutely hate to have the same delivery men and person who packed this lamp to handle any of my future purchases.

We purchased a leather recliner from RB in a light grey color. The day after it arrived we noticed a significant stain on one section and narrowed it down to the leather belt my husband was wearing (somehow the leather belt had left dark brown streaks on the grey leather). We tried a recommended leather cleaner with no results and a local leather shop told us they would have to refinish the leather to remove the stain and that it will no longer match the rest of the couch. We contacted Hannah and she arranged for the seat to be picked up and cleaned by their experts. The seat came back yesterday as good as new. We're so grateful that Hannah was able to offer us this service and at no charge.

I was working with an interior designer for my new home because of strange angles in my living room and realized that she was planning on designing a terribly expensive custom couch without quality materials for fill and fabric, etc. I was so frustrated after paying her a fortune and not having control or transparency in the process. I came to Roche Bobois and worked with Hanna. She helped me pick out and design (fabrics and colors) a beautiful couch. The cadd renderings she sent me were so helpful to help me visual see scale. It took awhile (6 months) but the result was worth the wait. So comfortable, luxurious and so much less than the interior designer was planning to charge me with so much less inconvenience. I m very happy.

I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Roche Bobois. We had the pleasure of working with Brady Chardukian and he is a total pro and really cares that what you purchase you love. He knows the Roche Bobois products and operations inside and out and is incredibly helpful. He was very patient with us as we worked through trying to create a modular design with our couch that fit the space--and needed to navigate some timing challenges on our end so the logistics mattered. The couch is gorgeous--exactly as we ordered, impeccable quality--it came perfectly despite over 6 months of storage at the RB warehouse in SF. The delivery team was also amazingly professional. They wore masks, took great care not to damage our floors/walls and executed flawlessly. It was obvious they cared about how it looked in the space and were very kind to work with us to get it just right. Based on our experience, we would buy all our furniture from Brady and the Roche Bobois team in the future!

We purchased several pieces of furniture from RB and Hannah Kim was the design consultant who helped us. She came to our residence (this was pre-Covid) to make sure the pieces would work well with the rooms we had in mind. After purchase and delivery, we had a few issues with the product and each time, Hannah helped us patiently and diligently. She is wonderful to work with and the store delivery crew was always courteous and professional.

NOTE: THERE ARE MANY ONE-STAR REVIEWS - Not sure how they are able to maintain an overall four-star rating, but the more I dig into this store, the more sketchy the entire business seems...Beautiful, high quality pieces, but after doing a bit of roadtripping amid Covid during the summer months, I've come to the conclusion that you can buy nice pieces for cheaper in larger states like Arizona.Unfortunately, it seems like there are only a handful of furniture stores that sell quality items beyond going into Ikea for a quick and inexpensive fix but Roche Bobois is extremely pricy for their "custom made pieces." I can only say that I wish I could say a custom queen sized bedframe would be worth $7k and 13 months of waiting (pre-covid too).Here's the timeline of my order:Ordered in July 2019 and Paid in FullItalian factory takes entire month of August offOrder confirmed by Italian factory in Sept 2019Production does not begin until Nov 2019Bed is completed sometime around May 2020, almost a year since the original order date with a sales rep in the showroom.Bed does not make it onto the next shipment out of Italy even though it was marked urgent.Bed finally is on a ship to the US in late June 2020 and takes 5 weeks to arrive in the US.Bed is held by border customs for 10 days in August 2020.Bed finally arrives in my home last week with more hiccups when assembling by the Roche Bobois crew (***NOTE: they got the wrong size bedboards - was this bed really custom made and shipped from Europe if it came with mismatched bedboards? Hmm..)I don't want to blame my sales rep in the showroom because she was following up and doing everything in her power to get the bed to arrive within the already long 6-8 month lead time, but the factory is very lax and the management is pretty disappointing with the amount they are refunding me (only for shipping and handling, which is a small fraction of the cost of the entire piece).I almost want to return the whole bedframe for the experience because it's left such a bad taste in my mouth with me having to sleep on a makeshift murphy bed in my guest room for almost a year and for how they're handling my partial refund (this I blame the rep because she's been dodging the actual act of refunding me).SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR GRIEVANCES - there's more bang for your buck if you go across the street to any other store in the Design District (I highly recommend more reputable brands like RH or BoConcept, both do custom pieces as well)If you are dissatisfied with the wait time and would like a partial refund, be prepared for more disappointment. Will NEVER make a purchase from here again, even if it's a pillow or something taken off the floor. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM when they say they will give you discounts on your next purchase - You really are better off getting less extravagantly expensive pieces in your home that will be delivered within a 2-3 month lead time, at maximum.
