WOW I cannot recommend Robin Woolard and his team enough. My girlfriend tried on a beautiful garnet ring 10 years ago in his store at the Fairmount Hotel in SF and I contacted him about making it with a ruby. He hand designed a beautiful beautiful ring. He offered me different stones and then built the ring around the ruby we chose. First class design and professionalism. Could not recommend enough for handmade unique over the top jewelry.

Gala did such an amazing job helping me identify and purchase gorgeous gold necklace. She is warm, knowledgeable and deeply understands her craft. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I definitely plan to be back!

My fiancé and I were introduced to Robin and Galina through a friend whose ring I’ve admired for years. We worked together to create the absolute engagement ring of my dreams, so beautifully crafted by Robin. It’s truly better than I could have ever imagined and is a piece we’ll treasure for generations to come.We’re currently continuing the process for our wedding bands, and could not be more excited to have both of our rings hand made by Robin. I’m a designer and wanted a very particular engagement ring. With a unique design in mind I scoured the internet and saw that Robin Woolard’s does custom designs. I worked closely with them and they were very receptive to my ideas, and in the end I got my beautiful engagement ring! I’m so happy and pleased with it. I never dreamed I’d get something so perfect made for me. Galina and Robin are the best.

I’ve always wanted a special ring with my birthstone amethyst but couldn’t find anything that would reflect my personality. Coming to Robin Woolard Jewelry store was a great idea! Robin does amazing work. He did a brilliant low profile combination engagement and wedding ring for my wife that she could wear under rubber gloves while practicing as a physician. He even made a matching ring for me, of course, with many fewer and smaller diamonds. Now my daughter who is following in her mother’s footsteps and is in medical school, is going to get similar rings from Robin as well. I couldn’t be happier with the Multi generational work that Robin has done with us.

I wanted to give my soon-to-be-wife something very special at our wedding. I had an image in my head of some diamond earrings, but couldn't find just the right thing anywhere. This was not a Silicon Valley "unlimited budget" endeavor—and I'd never bought real fine jewelry (aside from the engagement ring). Robin suggested that he could make something one-of-a-kind and custom. That sounded exciting, but also prohibitively expensive. But, he seemed to understand what I was after, so I took the leap. Although my budget was small, I always felt that the project was important to him. At the time, I worked just down the hill from the shop. Some days at lunch time, I'd walk up to see the progress. Robin and Galina were always so patient and seemed happy to explain each step. The end result was a huge success, and it felt so much more meaningful than something purchased off-the-rack.Years later, when I was in the market for a pendant, I knew just where to go. Again, they crafted something wonderful for me. I'd highly recommend Robin and Galina. They are wonderful people, and they will forever be an integral part of our marriage story.

Robin made a spectacular one-of-a-kind gold ring that I purchased from him about 28 years ago in his small shop in Carmel, CA. Years later I lost it, but could not remember Robin's name to remake it. A few months ago I found his card in some old papers and contacted Robin. He remembered the design and graciously recreated "our old friend" as he called it. It is the most magnificent men's ring I have ever seen and the recreation is even better than the original. We did the entire transaction by email, phone and and memory of course. It was an extraordinary gift to reconnect with Robin and be the beneficiary of his artisanship, creativity and kindness. I will get to San Fran to thank him personally very soon.

Robin Woolard's is exactly what one would expect from a Jeweler located at the exquisite Fairmont...Perfection! I went in looking for engagement ring ideas and was greeted by Gelina who has decades of experience with fine jewelry, so I knew I was in good hands (turns out, of course, that everyone at the store has decades of experience). We settled on a custom build that turned out so stunning my fiance now has some very jealous friends and relatives!I couldn't be happier my Mother suggested Robin Woolard Precious Jewels and that, maybe more incredibly, I actually listened :)

Shopping at Robin Woolard’s beautiful store in the Fairmont Hotel is a real treat! When my son asked me for a suggestion to find an engagement ring for his fiancé, I immediately thought of Robin & Galina. They are very welcoming and informative about all kinds of stones and gems and they have a perfectly curated selection of gorgeous jewelry, most of which is designed and made by Robin himself right there in the store. My son’s fiancé picked out a stunning green emerald & diamond ring that looked perfect on her.They were both really happy to find something that she loves and that is a little different and special.
