I appreciate the professionalism, quality work, and reasonable price, that was offered by this shop.
On July 26, my Mom's car had a screw in one of the front tires, serious leakage was found. We really need the car to be fixed before noon due to a commitment in the afternoon. Took the car in. The shop was able to get it done before noon. Really appreciate the crew member's hard work to get the car repaired before we need it. Charged $60 for the repair. Considering today's economy, inflation, and the urgency of the work demanded, I am personally happy with the price.
On August 5th, my own car had a screw in one of the rear tires. No leakage was found. Took the car in first thing in the morning. The crew member at the shop immediately inspected the tire, pull out the screw, and confirmed no leakage was found. Job was done in approximately 15 minutes. The crew member did not charge me any thing, saying the repair was too minor.
Really appreciate the shop's professionalism during customer's urgency!

I came here wanting to like this shop, considering the high number of positive reviews. I got bad news that all four of my tires were beyond repair (this is obviously not the shop's fault). When I told the individual (I presume the owner) that my tires were recently replaced and should be under warranty, he kept telling me he couldn't give me a piece of paper saying the tires were looked at and they were beyond repair for "liability reasons." I don't get it. I understand the shop wants to sell tires and I was trying to make a warranty claim with tirerack, instead of buying immediately. He also couldn't blow some air into my tire so I could drive away, for "liability reasons." I've had better and friendlier service in numerous auto shops. I did also think the $80 quote to do a flat repair (before we realized they were not repairable) was quite expensive compared to other shops in the city.

Very bad experience that replaced the tires but shop owner rejected to file warranty claims under tire manufacture's policy. Absolute no respect to policy and consumer's right. Will never come to this type of small tire shop anymore.

I’ve been going to Robert’s since 2020, and will only go to him as long as it’s my choice. He and his team absolutely knows what they’re doing when it comes to wheels and tires, and will handle your car with care. Robert is also the most fair, honest and trustworthy person you’ll meet in the business, and the fact that his shop has been around for more than 40 years should tell you a lot. So glad I found him!

I had a flat tire. I changed my tire and my spare was also going flat.I was desperate to find a place that could at least fill my spare tire because all of the gas station air pumps are garbage.Google found Roberts tires for me and I am so glad that it did. I got a full set of tires for $600 for my 2012 Accord. They're kind of an off brand but according to the owner, perfectly reliable. This is more than $200 cheaper than Costco because Costco only carries four brands. I would absolutely go to Robert's tires for every other car I ever own in the future. What a gem!

Been going to Robert and team for my tire and wheel needs since 2020, and I must stress that Robert is the most reliable, trustworthy and honest guy I've met in the industry. His pricing may not always be the lowest, but it is always fair and the quality of his work and the value of his word and what he's willing to stand behind are more than commensurate with his pricing. Most recently, the front lip of my low-to-the-ground car was cracked due to no real fault of his, but he happened to be moving the car in the shop premises. He felt so bad that he refused to charge me anything for the (service) work that he had done on switching out my tires and wheels to another set. I didn't think he needed to, but he insisted. This is what's kept him in business for close to 40 years. If you're looking for a solid wheel and tire shop with integrity, then Robert's is a top choice. He's a real gem in SF.

Well these guys were just a few of the angels watching over us today. I can't even express how thankful we we were for the awesome Caltrans worker who promptly rescued us off the Bay Bridge and took us to a tire shop after he called several for us to find the correct size. We were needing a miracle and Mr AJLB & the crew at Robert's Tires pulled it off... Above and beyond to all involved!! We could not have done it without all of those angels along the journey. Thanks to them we made it to the airport in time. You guys ROCK!!

Thanks to the city of San Francisco and unmarked curbs, I bent a wheel. Robert’s has great reviews, so I stopped in. He gave me an estimate, a little high for my blood, but I knew I could trust him.He ordered the new wheel, mounted it, aligned, the wheels, serviced it and, when I drove out, it handled like the new car I bought six years ago.To be fair, the wheel was the most expensive part. I’m certain I could’ve shopped the junkyards and found one cheaper, but I have the patience.To boil it all down, Robert has well earned my business.

Hate dealing anything to do with my car. Love this place. They make it so easy and best customer service. Changed all my tires here 4 months ago and one of the tires had a slow leak, I brought the car in and explained what was going on, they completely fixed it free of charge!
