I want to commend the crew from Resourse Furniture. They showed up promptly on time. Dealt with a few obstacles in the room without a complaint. Additionally they were diligent about installing screws into the wall in that they did not want to hit a water line. Overall an A+++ service!!!

We had such a great experience at the Resource Furniture showroom thanks to Dylan! He really made a large purchase with a lot of decisions fun and easy, and he was very patient with a lot of questions and addressing concerns. I highly recommend him for customer service.

Resource Furniture was a delight to work with - their sales people (especially Mark Eppley) are super knowledgeable and they give a quick quote and design specifications right in the store. Their appt. times are reasonable and they do not waste the client's time. We went there and were immediately assisted - yet were not rushed or ignored while we made our choices in furniture and colors. Once the shipment came (we purchased a Murphy bed with sofa and a chest of drawers) the delivery was prompt and again Mark made sure to call us on the day of delivery to make sure everything was smooth. There was absolutely no damage to any item as well. The installers were TOP notch for our condo and really knew what they were doing. Overall our experience with Resource was smooth and we love the look of the furniture in our guest room -- its is high quality Italian furniture!! We would recommend Mark and this particular store very highly!!

I have several pieces from Resource furniture. I live in a big space but I still wanted solutions that will allow me to use one space for multipurpose activities. I have the Wally desk. I absolutely love it! I have been looking for so long for a solution that would allow me to place all my work related stuff, also that had a generous table space and that I could hide out (to avoid seeing my computer so I don't work during weekends). It has simplicity in design and elegance.
I also have the Penelope wall bed with a matching closet cabinet. My parents stayed for a longer than a month and they slept there during all the stay. They are senior people and they said they slept very well. They loved the 6 inches thick mattress that is offered with the system. They said they liked it better than the one at home!
This bed gives me the confidence to invite friends and family to stay with me at my place. It is amazing! I still want to get more furniture from them. I cannot get enough :-) All their solutions are so smart and beautifully designed. -Marcela

Five stars. Their stuff is expensive, but it's worth it. Service was great and very responsive. Delivery for pieces that aren't in stock takes a long time, but that's what you get when your manufacturer is in Italy. If I ever need any transforming furniture again, I will certainly look to Resource Furniture first.

We purchased an Oslo wall bed with lots of input from Mark and Matt at Resource Furniture and tried it out this week. Have to say the bed is well thought out. The bed comes over the couch so there is no need to move furniture, which is helpful in a small room. The bed can be folded into the wall with sheets and a blanket on it. Pillows and extra blankets are stored within the couch. Hard to believe items stay on the shelf as the bed comes down,,,, but they do. The installers William and Jackson were excellent and so careful and thorough from beginning to clean up. Very pleased with the whole experience and the unit looks great in the room.

Our sales representative was Mark Eppley and he paid attention to multiple details on designing our somewhat complex project. We married a Clei revolving bed to a large Turatti cabinet system with desk and several custom spaces including one housing for an air conditioning unit. Thank you to all the people who worked on making this system happen. The installation crew was great and Matthew’s oversight was much appreciated. Looks stunning!

I'm very satisfied w/my Kali Board wall bed unit w/addtl shelving and storage cabinets. It's perfect for our spare bedroom, and it turns out I had to use the bed while my spouse was ill. The mattress was very comfy.Customer service is outstanding including a follow up visit to check on a minor issue. I was updated on the build progress, shipment, & delivery, and the installers were very professional-all part of the cost which I thought was a great value for what you get. Others nickel and dime you for any addtl service including the delivery & installation of their products. Customer service barely exists these days or one encounters ill-trained sales reps that can impact my decision making. I will definitely consider Resource Furniture for my future home needs.

Terrific customer service! We ordered a wall bed from Resource Furniture last summer (delivery to Portland, OR). They have been exceptionally responsive with follow up questions regarding shipping, delivery, boxing and identifying the components and installation instructions.

We bought a Murphy bed and had it installed in a room. The product is good and sturdy. However when we reached out to have them install it back to another room we leaned that they would charge $2,000 for the service! Let’s say it takes 3 hours to disassemble and reassemble it is more than $650/h.Just be aware.

Really frustrating- I went in person then proceeded to follow up via email to purchase product but NO ONE will provide me an estimate for the specs I submitted. I cannot get a response, people are not in the showroom, very poor experience for how expensive this product is.... ugh.

David was incredible! I had a really stressful day of moving by myself and didn't have an ounce of energy left. I called at 10am today and he arrived around noon. Before 4 he had my bed, couch, desk and tv center assembled. I 100 percent recommend him and will tell all of my friends how much he helped! friendly and reliable, great fast service. Will be using him again once I purchase the rest of my furniture!

David is awesome. He is responsive and works diligently and quickly . He did about 6 projects for me in the past 6 month and has consistently exceeded my expectations regarding the results. He completed projects within the estimated time, and some times more quickly. He keeps the assembly area neat and organized and protects floors and walls from dirt nd damage.

Stellar product and excellent customer service. I had a small nick in one of the panels and Resource Furniture themselves insisted on perfection. Not cheap but no comparison to cheaper wallbeds. So worth it.
