Their customer support and warranty support is terrible. All of their products end up failing shortly after their very limited warranty lifespan and they offer no way to fix the issue just very basic troubleshooting steps and than pretty much telling you to buy the product again instead of addressing the issues.

Great store! My very old mouse started having an issue with one of the buttons so I dropped by here to buy a replacement. Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful and I found what I was looking for. After trying the new mouse for a few hours I discovered the shape was not ideal and it made my hand cramp up. I returned it the next day and that was hassle free.

An absolutely terrific experience. A very well laid out sales floor with extremely energetic and welcoming associates. They answered all my questions when it came to upgrading my gaming laptop, showed me all sorts of different options, and didn't even remotely force me into making a purchase. After a very helpful conversation, I felt extremely confident in my purchase, and that I chose the route that would work best for me based on what I described. Definitely a high value experience! If you're there and needing help with anything gaming equipment related, this is the place to go. Huge shoutout to Christian for amazing customer service!

I bought a 3k laptop from this company a few 5 years ago apparently they don't sell parts so I had to send it the laptop and pay 100 diagnostic fee for a broken charging port they want me to pay them 1500 to replace the charging port because they say they have to put a new mother board but the mother board they are putting is 5 years old because it's the age of the laptop wich is very outdated now and doesn't cost only a few hundred dollars please do not buy from this company there customer service is terrible and they don't care about there customers at all its a scam and after I pay the 1500 they only guarantee the work for 3 months you can buy the same laptop brand new for 1700 and that has all the updated components with is way better than the laptop I have please do not use this company

I had an exceptional experience at the Razor store in San Francisco! Both Arturo and Christian were very knowledgable about the laptops I looked at. I can’t wait to start editing my first 360 VR film on it in Singapore!!! Thanks for the personalized experience. I only survived the pandemic with the Razor Kiyo!

Bought an excellent laptop with the help of Christian, an excellent sales rep that helped me feel confident about my purchase. I probably wouldn't have bought anything if he hadn't been so well informedThe store is crisp and interesting. Definitely a better experience than going into a Best Buy

Art was a fken G.Was able to answer all of my questions, and help me end up with a 4090 Blade 16, with a slew of accessories and apparel too. Helped me online registration, and even stayed past closing for an hour to finalize my sale.Give this man a raise.

Christian and Andy were phenomenal, and the reason that razor has me as a customer. The unit was good but turned out to have a hardware problem. Once that was established they immediately resolved it. This save me a huge amount of time and aggravation. Really good service.MarkO

I love computers and videogames but going to the razor store was slightly ruined by an experience with an employee. An employee approached me and after a few minutes said he personally would go to best buy and save some money because he believes that higher end computer set ups are overkill and overrated. If your own employees think you are selling them for too much why would customers ever pick shopping with you over buying online at a lower price? I thank the employee for his honesty perhaps you should consider putting some of your products on a sale so people are willing to pull out their wallets when they visit you.

Went to the razer shop and was really impressed by lucas, who was incredibly engaging and fun to talk to. he helped us do a typing test, played my favorite song, and talked to us about our interests. the shop interior is also aesthetic and pleasing. i would highly recommend going. they also had the faker mouse which was cool

My son’s first time at a Razer store- he loved it! The salesperson knew everything, was incredibly nice and gave him a ton of help as he looked at the backpacks. Thanks for the awesome experience!
