The young lady at the counter is very rude one as I have ever seen in my life. She didn’t really explained to us what we were asking about the order that we didn’t understand. She seemed like she was fuming and playing a game from her phone while taking our order as well. After getting the milk tea, it tasted so bad as the worst milk tea that I have ever experienced and that’s not something worthy.

I don't eat this stuff, however my daughter had a drink from here I couldn't tell you the flavor. It was tasty, I drank the rest of my daughter's drink. School was out, it was fun to see the children.

TLDR: The shop closed unexpectedly midday before I could pick up my order, understaffed, and the popcorn chicken was soggyA little before 1:30pm, the shop closed with the gate pulled down when I came to pick up my popcorn chicken that I had ordered. I was really confused because the only sign I saw was "Out of Boba" D: I was starving, feeling robbed, and rushing to go, so I asked a neighboring shop if they knew what happened. They say when there's only one person working, they need to close the shop for a break - so if there's only one worker, may be better to wait there for your order instead of walking away like I did. :( According to the neighbor, the break time could range depending on the worker, and these breaks aren't listed anywhere. I waited ~30min for the person to return and my chicken was sitting in a tub for a little over an hour by then. The condensation on the lid meant the chicken had gone soggy. With the lid, I also couldn't eat on the go while holding my groceries in my other hand, haha... Maybe they ran out of the paper baggies, but those are definitely better because the chicken can stay crispy longer and less packaging material wasted. They didn't say anything, and I was rushing to go, so I just took it sadly and left.

If you value kindness, respect, customer service, and overall decency, this Quickly will quickly disappoint you. If you had a family problem, you lost a gambling game or your dog died, there shouldn’t be any reason for you to show to work and manifest that behavior towards customers.I get it.. We all had a long day. But it’s a Saturday and you’re alive.Young lady told me you’re not in line you go back. Rude. Rude. Rude. Could have said more like a human being. You had no directions and I was with my kids looking forward to their favorite bowl. Your parents must not teach you correctly on how to be kind to others let alone having any concept of customer service. If you’re going to be rude and disrespectful of your customers, this is not the right job for you. Been going to this mall for more than 30 years ago and I never experienced this rudeness and disrespect . Learn some manners young lady with the glasses! Stay away from this place at all costs

We stood there waiting for about 15 minutes before the woman peeked out from the back and said “we are CLOSED” angrily TWICE. First of all we heard you lady, no need to repeat yourself. Second, could’ve said it nicer?? Third, could’ve said it 15 minutes ago :/

Ordered a matcha moffle waffle. They completely burned it and it smelled like charcoal. They claimed it was the flavor, so we asked them to make another flavor. It was just as burnt :(

Worker called out the wrong number and I even asked to confirm the number order. But after a little bit, they yelled and humiliated me for not listening to the number order call by the worker. Other than that, the food was good.

This one girl working there yesterday gave my family such an attitude when i politely came up to them since they clearly got our order wrong. "that's not our problem that's your problem" and yelled. Wouldn't bother going here again and there's way better options at this mall

The cashier was polite and efficient. However, the popcorn chicken was ready in 2 minutes. From all my years as a Quickly customer, a freshly fried popcorn chicken normally takes around 5 minutes.When I tried the chicken, the texture of the meat was HARD AND DRY. The skin was extra crispy, however. Was this chicken returned to Quickly and refried? Or did the cook fry it at a higher temperature where it cooks extra quick but dried out the meat? I've been going to Quickly as a customer for over 10 years and this was the worst popcorn chicken I have ever had, sad to say. Will not come back to this location. I would go back to the Quicklys on Irving street though.

Workers are kind of rude, should take a class in customer service. Really just your average boba place, not really good, not really bad so I guess you shouldn't expect much from here.
