I came to this place in about 7.40 AM,. Before me, it was only 1 patient . The phlebotomist spent almost 30 min. with one patient, then she took a 3 more patients with the appointments and when I was the only one left, she said I can not take you after 2 hours of waiting .
Such a wasting of time.

Very dirty rooms with a lot of dust around. I even saw a huge spider at the ceiling corner. Very cheap tape. It peeled off right after I left the clinic.

The provider herself was great. The location is hard to find, not well marked. The waiting area is fine but not great, comfortable or inviting - it feels like the dmv, only you can find a seat. While getting my blood drawn I felt faint and asked for water after, there was no water. That feels like crazy, I get that the company is cheap but not having water to offer folks getting blood drawn is negligent. I'd only refer someone here/to quest for the location.

Getting an appointment here is highly recommended, as I noticed a substantial amount of standbys waiting. The person who helped me (sorry I forgot her name) was super friendly and efficient.

Arrived at 7:00 for a 7:10 appointment. Facility is locked and dark. Why bother with an appointment system if there's no intention in f respecting it?

1 star for Quest Diagnostics who would replace their nurses with robots if they could. 5 stars for the phlebotomist who was working as kindly, quickly and professionally as she could.Every time I go to Quest now, I see walk-ins frustrated from waiting for service with nobody to take their blood or even explain the need for an appointment. I watched a long conversation in broken Spanish/English between a walk-in and another patient, because if a kind-hearted patient didn't step up, the nurses have no time to help and the inhuman appointment scanning machine is just an inhuman appointment scanning machine.What an awful state of affairs. There's a special place in hell for executives who run companies like this.

Quality of care is low and the two Asian woman phlebotomist running it on 12/19/23 really treat everyone as if incompetent, no privacy or care of other patients dignity. Unsanitary . Handling urine and samples no glove changes. Disgusted. Ask your doctor to be sent elsewhere.

Honestly, the service was very good, the only problem is that I went for a specific blood test and they ended up doing a different test. I understand that it was a mistake, but how is it possible for this country to do so. Errors this big, the rest everything was fine, the attention was very good, I didn't feel the needle, the girl who treated me was very kind.
