I do not normally leave reviews, but I made an appointment for 3:30pm today and no one was there. The door was locked and no one answered when I knocked. It says the location closes at 4 o'clock online, but on the door it says they close at 3:00pm so not sure why they'd accept appointments at any time after 3 o'clock.

No idea why this place even offers walk ins. Ended up waiting over an hour. Maybe one lab tech here. Eventually gave up and left as it seemed the only time they would see me is just before their lunch break.
Don’t bother going here without an appointment or, better yet, go somewhere else that doesn’t have just one or two lab techs.

The medical worker was not cautious while drawing blood, leading to unnecessary movement that caused a bruise under the skin where the vein was pierced. This lack of professionalism resulted in preventable damage. Professional staff typically perform this procedure smoothly and without causing harm.

Terrible experience and never again. Super slow employee with no interpersonal skills. This is a very small location with only one employee.

I have been going to the same patient service center on Clay Street (San Francisco) for many years, and have been very happy with the service. Peggy (the lady who takes blood) is very professional and friendly. She always gets the sample on the first try. She has something of a fan club in the neighborhood!

Peggy is Super professional and has amazing hands!
I have been coming to this location for 5 years and never will switch to anything else for the blood taking as long as she works for you!

Small lab. One person working (peggy). Couldnt find vein, still attempted. Told her to stop, but didnt listen. I explained to her I was in alot of pain and she still proceeded without listening. Door was open with no privacy. Everyone in the waiting room could hear the conversation. She eventually gave up and told me to go somewhere else. Wasted time, and my arm is now in pain. Went to lab corp down the street after peggy threw me out and they drew my blood in a few minutes.

Peggy drew my blood. For the third time, I have had the best experience. Because of past bad experiences, I have a tendency to faint. With Peggy, I didn’t even feel the needle go in. Then, she’s so efficient in changing the vials, I didn’t feel any pulling or tugging. If I could give her 10 stars I would.

Only one person working in the place. She was super rude and very short. Extremely poor customer service. Ended up leaving and going to Labcorp which is down the street. They were much more professional and pleasant. Will never return here.

Peggy holds this place down. She has to do front desk and theTesting all by herself. I made an appointment and she had me in/out in 10 minutes. She’s a rockstar and deserves help (if she wants it).

Look at the reviews. Look at other Quest reviews. The reviews always SUCK, because Quest is a monopoly that doesn't have to provide a good product or service to customers, who are in need of quality HEALTHCARE.If you're looking for your startup idea, you have a moral obligation to disrupt this space and get rich while doing it.

Peggy was nice, professional and took the only painless blood draw I’ve ever had in my life.

Don't waste your time ever trying to call this facility. Not a single option will let you speak to staff.

Whoever that works there isn't very friendly. She sounded very annoyed whenever I asked a question and was very snappy. It felt like she didn't have any respect for the patients. She's also the only person that works in the whole office which might be why she's so cranky.
