I have been going to the same patient service center on Clay Street (San Francisco) for many years, and have been very happy with the service. Peggy (the lady who takes blood) is very professional and friendly. She always gets the sample on the first try. She has something of a fan club in the neighborhood!

Peggy is Super professional and has amazing hands! I have been coming to this location for 5 years and never will switch to anything else for the blood taking as long as she works for you!

Peggy drew my blood. For the third time, I have had the best experience. Because of past bad experiences, I have a tendency to faint. With Peggy, I didn’t even feel the needle go in. Then, she’s so efficient in changing the vials, I didn’t feel any pulling or tugging. If I could give her 10 stars I would.
