I tried to call in advance to ask questions but I couldn't get a human. I press 6 for an operator and it immediately disconnects.
I show up today only to find out they don't do employment urine drug screens! Thankfully there was a LabCorp on the same street and I was able to do it in like 5 minutes.

It's a total mess. My husband went there three times by appointment for 8-8:30. I took a new appointment each time and he went there under the appointment. People are sitting in line and they have overdue appointments. The nurses ask my husband to wait, what kind of lawlessness is going on in your laboratory? My husband was late for work three times and did not pass the analysis, as people are sitting in line with expired appointments . The nurses apologize and say to wait or they can call back and say when to come. This is an outrage why my husband should pass people who do not have an appointment on that day. I want to clarify my husband needs to be blood from hurrah. I do not recommend this laboratory.

One person to do it all. Waiting time incredibly long. No one in the counter to help the overwhelmed phlebotomist. I waited more than an hour and had to leave because I have to work.

I bought some lab tests online and made appointment. When I got there, the online check in was smooth and I was called shortly after that. The phlebotomist did a very good job. I have fear of needles and have fainted during blood draw before, but I barely felt much for this blood test. The test result came back in about two days. Overall very pleased with the service.

The phlebotomist is AMAZING. I don't know how she maintains composure while people are yelling in the wait room. A. Jita is just one person. She should not have to run everything. Maybe longer appointment times. She is jeopardizing her safety because people are so aggressively rude. Either get her help or create 20 minute appointments. A Jita is working in a hostile work environment and it's going to be on the managers of Quest if she doesn't get help.

Not good at all. Horrible. Very unrespectful towards customer. If you have questions about your test or you are concern about something no body is available. You are at a CLOSED DOOR!!! All thing that you can see in waiting room is machine that makes the appointment for you. If you lose your appointment do not deceive by the machine or kiosk that tell the approximately time for putting your name is between 30 to 60 minutes!!!! It is not gonna happened. You are gonna sit for more than 3 hours with no results. This is so ridiculous and wasting customers or patient time. Just don't go to this wrong and false lab test.

Made an appointment, was seen a few minutes early. I have really fussy veins and the phlebotomist was kind and gentle, it was the best blood drawing experience I’ve ever had. It seems like most people who are giving bad reviews for this spot seem to be going for drug screening not blood. If you’re coming for lab work just make an appointment and you’ll be golden.
