The issue not with the lab but with the billing services. I received two separate bills for blood work that are past due. However, both initial bills were newer received. I find that strange that both first bills never received.

Great experience! I can’t remember the name of the person, but he was a real pro. It only took a moment, blood draw didn’t hurt a bit, and I was on my way. He was kind, and really good at his work. Thank you!

Went here this afternoon at 3:35pm, and they close at 4pm. There was nobody in the waiting area. Yet the phlebotomist (short curly hair) said he would not see me because he's closing. It takes 10 minutes to draw blood. Quest is a disgrace and their employees are worse than the most jaded TSA or DMV clerks. Avoid Quest. Lab Corp is better. Quest is the worst.

Completely unhelpful, they lost their records and refused to help. Nobody will ever answer the phone either. Couldn't even get tests done, huge waste of time. Recommend anyone to find another place

This review is mainly for the guy that took care of me today. I believe his name was Martin, I remember he had lip piercings. Regardless he was super professional and kind. He was straight forward. There weren't any nasty side comments. He took me in even though I was running late. He was fast and efficient. I had a lot of labs to be drawn, it took him no time to enter them into the system and draw my blood. He kept asking me if I felt okay and gave me water afterwards. I don't typically leave reviews but he really deserved it.

This is my 2nd positive experience with QUEST! I like the online check-in kiosk -- remember to bring your actual ID drivers license & insurance card! The gentleman working there on a Wednesday handled all patients in waiting area like a PRO! Courteous, efficient, kind, friendly! Fortunately I was on time and a bit early to check-in because a bunch of patients were there waiting for their appointments. If you don't have an appointment and walk-in, you will likely need to wait until there is enough time to check-in and do your labs before the next appointment. I work in healthcare; frankly, Quest should hire a receptionist to handle front desk check-ins and insurance & billing so that the Phlebotomists can do their lab work best without interruptions. It is not easy for 1 employee to do all front desk work, statement printouts, and correctly do Phlebotomy so I gotta hand it to him. Thank You so much, Martin! You're super great and thanks for making the labs drawn seamless and painless!

Quick update - called Quest that day to file a complaint and was told someone would reach back out to me. It's been almost 3 weeks and still haven't heard back from anyone. Horrible customer service.

If you're not 15 mins early, you are late and will not be accommodated. Also, bring your DL and a physical copy of your insurance ID card cause they won't make it work without either of these things.

Guy turned me away as soon as I showed him my paperwork for my draws and said I needed an appointment, i told him I did and he made up an excuse about having too many patients. I Showed up between the timeframe scheduled and guy was very rude and seemed like he didnt wanna be there. whenever i see u walking out, im packin u

I made an appointment online and arrived within the range allowed to find out it had been canceled by the operator. Very bad service overall.

I scheduled an appointment through Quest Diagnostics scheduling system and the office seems to be closed. The door was locked and nobody answered for about 20 minutes.

Today I had my appointment at 450 Sutter at 1040am, after walking to the office, I was late and the kiosk canceled my appointment. There was another person waiting for his appointment. When the technician called him, I told him that when I checked in, I was canceled and put myself on a walk in status. He took me after he was done with the other person. The person drawing our blood was very professional and was able to get my blood work done within 15 minutes. Thank you for accommodating me today!

Place had some bad reviews so I was a little nervous coming in here but everything worked out. I was a walk-in and was 2nd on the list and it took about 30-45 minutes to get me in. I got in a little after they opened so any later and you might be out of luck if your walking in. Allen was great and was running the show over there by himself.

Highly recommend this location because I was in and out within 10 minutes. Take the elevators up to the 25th floor, check in at the kiosk. The phlebotomist was kind and was efficient in finding my vein. The view from the patient room was a plus.
