It’s unacceptable service! Today I had my appointment (scheduled 2 weeks before), I arrived in time, but the lady there called another patient who was walk in. After they completed their business and talking, lab lady came out seeing me, and started blaming me that I didn’t check in in time, while it was her fault! After 5 mins of such conversation with me, she kindly agreed to take me to test, but she requested me to provide the paper order while it was electronic one. She said she needs paper only, and cannot print it. Result - spent time and money. Unfortunately, it’s not the first time I cannot get service in Quest, another time was not at Sutter. Unfortunately, there’s no control over how lab person behaves. All the time it’s their employee behavior.

I've been here twice in the last two months. Both times, it was a super quick and great experience. Check-in is easy and takes about 10 seconds. Then I waited for only 1 minute before being called in to get my labs done.
There is one lady nurse who is really nice and careful. The first time, I passed out because I was scared, and they took great care of me. The second time I was there, they laid me down just in case and took my blood. It was painless and really quick.
I have no idea why this place has bad reviews. The staff is incredibly kind!

For Whom ever read this review i just want to say is only one lady there for God sake. Working herself dealing with many ppl I'm surprised people doesn't understand that. I honestly think they should get rid of walk ins. To give the personnel a break. I hope she take her breaks on time... :/

This location is closed for some random hours that should be open! Also they claim they accept walk-in but it is not true !they say 12-1 is closed I came to this location at 11:30 and it was closed! It is still closed at 1:08, and when she opened the door was like she was waiting for us! She was so disrespectful!

So, there is this lady that works on this location that is absolutely disrespectful. (Look at my Google profile, I usually only give good reviews. I tend to ignore the bad ones, but I need to report this time.) /// She looks Asian, between 40 and 50, straight black hair, shoulder length. She didn’t tell me her name (obviously). /// I got there in time and couldn’t find my appointment with the check-in machine. So I waited about 10 min for her to talk to me; politely I asked her why I couldn’t find it and showed my reservation number. She snapped back: “you are late 7 min”. (First, I wasn’t late, I was 10min waiting for her to address me. Second, you can be late up to 9min, even I know that. She should know better. Anyways…) I replied: “sry I’m not late, could u look what’s the issue?” /// She said: “you can sit and wait for a walk-in if you want to.” /// There were 3 people in the waiting room seeing how rude she was. One of the customers waiting said to me: “good luck being with her, I won’t do that.” And the person left. So I left as well. /// I don’t think people should be disrespectful to nobody, that’s why I’m reporting this lady. I’ve been there many times, and there is a younger tattooed man that is great. I hope I can reschedule with him next time. Because if it’s with her I will have to rebook.

Waited for 1 hour, empty reception, then it was told walk ins are not accepted.
They shouldn’t welcome walk ins checkin. Apart from that, can’t comment since chose another lab for my tests.

My patient services advisor was fantastic. I have seen him in the past and he is always extremely professional and caring. I sometimes get a bit dizzy and he always makes me feel extremely comfortable offers me water and makes the experience great!

The ease and effectiveness of the gentlemen that assisted me was unmatched. This was the quickest quest appointment I’ve ever had and there was one guy running the entire show.

Came in 12 minutes late for my 3:30 appointment. Nobody in the waiting room. Phlebotomist told me that he couldn’t see me because it was more than 10 minutes after my scheduled time. I would have understood if there was a 3:45 appointment or walk ins waiting for a draw, but he said that he waited for me and now it was too late, he had to close up. So he had the vials out, and was ready to do the draw, but decided that there was nothing he could do now that I came 2 minutes afterward? It feels like it would take a small fraction of effort to help me, and he had zero interest in doing so. Felt great paying 10$ at the public parking for this experience.

Made an appointment for 1:10. Showed up 1:05, followed check in instructions.
Was seen within 10 minutes and had what was one of THE FASTEST bloodwork stabs in my life. I blinked and the person had filled a whole vial up in a matter of literal seconds. Which is a godsend for someone with a needle phobia. Man was done before I could even process the fact they were stabbing me.
No idea why this place has bad reviews. Got nervous for nothing. Staff was incredibly kind and positive to boot!
10/10. Don’t be spooked by the bad reviews. Just make an appointment and show up on time.

The issue not with the lab but with the billing services. I received two separate bills for blood work that are past due. However, both initial bills were newer received. I find that strange that both first bills never received.

Great experience! I can’t remember the name of the person, but he was a real pro. It only took a moment, blood draw didn’t hurt a bit, and I was on my way. He was kind, and really good at his work. Thank you!
