A year after Chad and Josh from QKC designed and installed my kitchen and living room cabinets, I continue to get compliments on how beautiful my kitchen and living room looks. I worked with Chad from the beginning and he listened to my issues regarding how I hated my current kitchen because it's outdated, too high and has a weird flow. Based on my issues, he was able to create a gorgeous kitchen with function. I have more storage space than before and I'm loving the pull out shelves, hidden drawers, the matching appliances, etc. I couldn't be happier! My next project will be to remodel my bathroom and I am for sure going with Chad and Quality Kitchen Cabinets!

I highly recommend Quality Kitchens for your upcoming renovations. You will not regret it. Chad and his team listen to your needs and create the space of your dreams. We updated an older house with a weirdly placed kitchen. We wanted to keep the existing layout. Chad and his team took all my requests into consideration and created a workspace that flows perfectly and has ample storage for all our cooking implements. This is my fourth kitchen renovation and by far my favorite. Thank you Quality Kitchens.

It's been two years since Quality Kitchen Cabinets helped me with my kitchen remodel. I'm still loving the results and have received endless compliments from my dinner guests! I'm so thankful for the outstanding help from Chad and his team. He truly went above and beyond for me when my project ran into complications towards the end. Attaching some photos to share.

The service I got from Quality Kitchen cabinets was fantastic. They helped out with a kitchen remodel I did in San Francisco and I liked working with them so much that I went with them again when I redid my kitchen in the East Bay. Chad has a great team around him, and they all contributed to the success of both projects. Their pricing is fair, I loved their design sense and they were supportive from start to finish on both projects.

We upgraded our kitchen in San Francisco with the help of Chad and his team. We picked out a cabinet style that had been discontinued; Chad and the design team helped us locate a current cabinet style that worked perfectly. They created very detailed drawings that our contractor found very useful in installing our new cabinets. We needed to install the pulls for our cabinets and were headed to a big box store to find some. Chad very kindly suggested a small local design firm which provided exquisite hardware. The finished product is very rich looking. Chad and his team were always available, always upbeat, an absolute pleasure to work with as they guided us through the cabinet journey.

Chad and the whole team at Quality Kitchen Cabinets are incredible. I couldn't have successfully completed my kitchen remodel without Chad's help. His attention to detail, knowledge about kitchen layout and design, and respect for the craft of cabinetry were essential to delivery the high quality kitchen remodel I was after.More importantly, however, was his customer service. He was friendly, supportive, accommodating, responsive...in a word, amazing. He took what would normally be a stressful process and made it into a genuinely fun journey.I can't say enough about Chad and QKC. 5 stars!

Wonderful experience all around — Chad and team were super helpful and detail-oriented in helping us think through our ideal kitchen layout, even when we weren’t sure exactly what we wanted. Working with Chad Vencel and his team has been the most service oriented experience a homeowner can ever ask for. With a first time remodel project, I felt very fortunate that I had Chad and his team to guide me along. The level of handholding and ownership throughout the process has been the most valuable to me.Chad worked with me tirelessly in helping me understand the factors to take into account with the design, coming up with multiple revisions until a final draft was reached. That in itself was no small feat, given how indecisive I can be sometimes. But what really set Chad and his team apart was the way they worked with me throughout the construction process when problems surfaced. And there were many problems in the construction process, some minor but unfortunately for me, a big issue came up. Chad and his team were always responsive and ready to help with whatever it took to get the project back on track. Their level of commitment and responsiveness stayed steady and attentive throughout the construction process up until the last moment after the contractors have left.I feel grateful that I had gone with Chad's team at Quality Kitchen Cabinets. The reality is that in a construction project like this, customer service weighs just as much as the cabinets being purchased. I can't emphasize enough how much I appreciate the support and service oriented approach Chad brings to the table as a business.

I love my new kitchen cabinets and countertops! I had a nearly complete plan when I went in, but Chad Vencel helped me make some design modifications that worked out beautifully. Chad and his team made the ordering, paying and delivery processes effortless. Everything went like clockwork. The countertop installation people that Chad sent out were also great, fun to watch and super precise. We had a minor snafu with one drawer face, but QKC ordered me a new one and sent it out to my house right away. I liked doing business with Chad so much last year that I started a new project with QKC this year. I give Chad and the entire QKC team my highest recommendation.

A chance meeting of QKCSF's new owner, Chad Vencel, in January 2019 was fate at its best! I had been planning/shopping for my kitchen remodel for a few months. Chad is one of the most creative, responsive, attentive and an all around really nice person I have ever had the pleasure to work with! His new team of specialists is of the same caliber. I have absolutely no regrets on my choice of Ovation cherry wood, touch open/close, custom designed kitchen cabinets. I had ideas and Chad had solutions. I now have a kitchen which is beautiful, totally functional, and seriously beyond my expectations!!

Quality Kitchen Cabinets needs to expand their hours and stay open later. They close before sundown. It's simply not enough time for the average worker who works a regular job to be able to spend any quality time at the store after work considering they close at 8:30, especially when you're stuck in heavy traffic.

Our kitchen update was well overdue. We had previously dealt with a different company with the same name but is no longer in business. Working with our consultant, Patrick Roane, was smooth and effortless. He quickly designed our kitchen using the specifications that we provided. The delivery was prompted and error free. We did our own installation and are extremely happy with the results.

If a salesperson with a temper is what you expect when spending tens of thousands of dollars on your kitchen and bathroom, this is your place and Rashad is your man. I will never forget him standing in our still unfinished kitchen screaming at our architect and contractor. We placed our order in October of 2018, our cabinets were installed by our contractor (admittedly with some issues) in early 2019, and our kitchen is still not finished in November of 2019. Even the countertop people told me they hope to no longer work with this business- they've had that many problems. There aren't many places in San Francisco to buy kitchen cabinets so I understand why people continue to come here. Perhaps if you work with someone else- maybe Jessie or Patrick- things will go smoothly. For us, it's been a terrible experience. I imagine Rashad will post some kind of response here, and he has every right to. Just like we have the right to share how he handled our home.
